  • Patent number: 11996586
Abstract: A circuit board soldering structure includes lead a plate inserted into a slit hole of a circuit board and soldered to a conductive pattern provided along the slit hole. The lead plate is made of an elastically-deformable metal plate thinner than an opening width (W) of slit hole. The lead plate includes insertion section inserted into the slit hole. The insertion section includes a bent section approaching from one of opposing inner surfaces of the slit hole facing each other toward another of the opposing inner surfaces of the slit hole. The bent section is disposed in the slit hole. The insertion section has both surfaces that are close to or contact corresponding opposing inner surfaces of the slit hole to solder the insertion section to the conductive pattern.

  • Patent number: 11980951
Abstract: A cutting insert of the present disclosure includes a top surface, a bottom surface, a side surface, and a corner cutting edge, a first cutting edge, a second cutting edge and a third cutting edge formed at a ridge line formed by the side surface and the top surface. The corner cutting edge has a first end and a second end. The first cutting edge extends from the first end in a first direction. The second cutting edge extends from the second end in a second direction. The third cutting edge extends from the second cutting edge in a third direction. The top surface has a first rake face adjacent to the first cutting edge, a second rake face adjacent to the second cutting edge, and a third rake face adjacent to the third cutting edge.

  • Publication number: 20230361440
Abstract: A battery pack includes an outer case and one or more battery cells housed inside the outer case. Each battery cell includes a safety valve. A drain hole is provided in a part of the outer case. The drain hole communicates with the inside of the outer case. A tubular body extends from the drain hole to the inside of the outer case. The tubular body has one opening end as the drain hole and another opening end as an internal communication port opening to the inside of the outer case. A wall portion is provided apart from the internal communication port in an extending direction with respect to the internal communication port. The extending direction is directed toward the internal communication port from the drain hole.

  • Publication number: 20230006302
Abstract: A battery pack includes a battery assembly including battery cells parallel to one another and an outer case. Each battery cell includes a discharge valve provided on an end surface thereof, and an end-surface electrode provided at an end portion thereof. A welding surface of the lead plate is connected to the end-surface electrode arranged on the same plane. The battery pack includes a backflow-restricting layer disposed on a non-welding surface of the lead plate in the outer case. The lead plate has a gas permeation gap therein allowing a gas discharged from the discharge valve to pass in a discharge direction of the backflow-restricting layer. The backflow-restricting layer includes a resistance part configured to allow the gas passing through gas permeation gap to pass in the discharge direction, and to suppress or prevent the exhaust gas from passing in a direction opposite to the discharge direction.
