  • Publication number: 20220025558
Abstract: Provided is a printing base material that can be printed by a laser printer, that has good (distinct) typability and printability, that remains durable (weather resistant) outdoors for three to six months or more, that has high productivity, that is low-cost, and that is configured from a polyester nonwoven fabric. In this printing base material, a binder layer serving as a printing surface is placed uniformly in the amount of 1.4 g/m2 to 18 g/m2 over the entire surface on one side of a polyester nonwoven fabric having a surface roughness (SMD) of 0.5 ?m to 2 ?m, a thickness of 40 ?m to 300 ?m, and a basis weight of 30 g/m2 to 200 g/m2, release paper may be placed using an adhesive layer on the surface on the side opposite from the binder layer, and the total thickness that can be printed by the laser printer is 90 ?m to about 300 ?m.

  • Patent number: 10828850
Abstract: A method of producing a fiber-reinforced plastic includes disposing a transparent film as an outermost layer on a lower die of a molding die, disposing a base sheet formed of a fiber fabric on the transparent film, closing the molding die with an upper die, and injecting a matrix resin into the molding die closed. The transparent film has grooves on a surface facing the base sheet. In the disposing, the base sheet is disposed such that the grooves are located between adjacent weaving gaps of the base sheet.

  • Publication number: 20100113627
Abstract: This invention provides a water-based coating-type damping material whereby detachment or deformation of a sealer can be prevented and anti-blister performance can be improved. Such water-based coating-type damping material comprises at least an aqueous resin emulsion, an inorganic filler, a water retention agent that retains the moisture of the resin emulsion, and microballoon particles comprising balloons encapsulating an expansion agent that is evaporated by heating so as to expand, the microballoon particles starting to expand in the presence of the expansion agent under heating temperature conditions of the water boiling point or lower.
