  • Publication number: 20240131600
Abstract: A vibration-cutting condition setting device capable of facilitating a selection of a tool and a setting of parameters. The vibration-cutting condition setting device for a machine tool includes a display unit and a control unit. The control unit accepts a setting for controlling an object to be fed with an vibration. The setting includes a feed speed without the vibration (F) of the object, a first parameter (A) regarding a cycle of the vibration, and a second parameter (E) regarding an amplitude of the vibration. The control unit calculates a maximum feed speed (Fmax) of the object according to the feed speed without the vibration (F), the first parameter (A), and the second parameter (E) and then displays a value representing the calculated maximum feed speed (Fmax) on the display unit.

  • Publication number: 20240058914
Abstract: A machine tool capable of facilitating the setting of the vibration cutting conditions. A control unit acquires a feed speed of a object to be fed without a vibration (Fa), a number of rotations of a spindle required for a single cycle of the vibration (K), and a returning amount (R) representing a distance of a returning feed per the single cycle of the vibration. According to the acquired parameters, the control unit decides at least one parameter among a cutting amount (D) representing a distance of a change in a position of the object per the single cycle of the vibration, a cutting feed speed (F) of the object, and a returning feed speed (B) of the object. The control unit controls the position of the object to be fed with the vibration at least according to the decided parameter.

  • Publication number: 20230115138
Abstract: A controller of a machine tool acquires coordinates of a first machining start point of an eccentric shape in a reference phase of a workpiece around a spindle axis, a second machining start point in an anti-phase, a first machining end point in the reference phase, and a second machining end point in the anti-phase. The controller decides a moving path of the tool in association with rotation of the workpiece at least according to the coordinates of the first start point, the second start point, the first end point, and the second end point to form the eccentric shape around an eccentric axis passing a start point origin between the first start point and the second start point and an end point origin between the first end point and the second end point and thereby controls movement of the tool in association with rotation of the workpiece.

  • Publication number: 20230060229
Abstract: A controller of a machine tool determines in accordance with a machining program whether a first tool post is used to machine an unfinished workpiece. When the unfinished workpiece needs machining before terminating a continuous machining and when the controller determines that the first tool post is used to machine the unfinished workpiece W2, the controller simultaneously advances a first system and a second system in accordance with the machining program while preventing machining a workpiece held by the first spindle. When the controller determines that the first tool post is not used to machine the unfinished workpiece, the controller stops the first system and advances the second system in accordance with the machining program.

  • Publication number: 20100322453
Abstract: Provided is an insertion type earphone, in which a receiver unit (12) is constituted to have a receiver body (50) (or a BA type receiver) housed in a casing (20). The receiver body (50) includes a housing (56) having a small hole (66a) formed to provide communication between a back space (CR) and the external space. The casing (20) is constituted to include a cylindrical frame (32) having a sound guide tube (16) at its leading end portion and a gasket (36) inserted from a root end portion and fixed in the cylindrical frame (32). The receiver body (50) is so inserted into and fixed in the gasket (36) as to isolate a sound releasing hole (64a) and the small hole (66a). In the gasket (36), a communication hole (36e) is formed to provide communication between the sound releasing hole (64a) and a sound way (16a) of the sound guide tube (16).
