In one embodiment, the shoe retaining members are arranged in a reverse U-shaped manner in the shoe rack, and each of the shoe retaining members is connected with the connecting member. A locking member is disposed at the base of the shoe rack and pivotally connected to the base at one end, and the connecting member at the other end. The locking unit is configured to lock the entire structure of shoe rack to prevent it from collapsing.

Abstract: A home security and monitoring apparatus may include a housing, an imaging capturing assembly, a communication unit, and a connecting portion. In an exemplary embodiment, the home monitoring apparatus is configured to attach to a bottom portion of a garage door opener. The image capturing assembly may include at least one camera to monitor preferably the situation of the garage. The communication unit is configured to communicate with an external device, such as a cell phone, by receiving signals therefrom and transmitting signals to the external device. In one embodiment, the communication unit may be wirelessly connected with the WIFI at home. The connecting portion may include at least one wire to electrically connect to the garage door opener, so the home monitoring apparatus can control the garage door opener to open/close the garage door when receiving an open-door command from an external device.

The top surface is disposed at a top portion of the main frame, while the front doors are disposed at a front end of the main frame, and a BBQ grill unit secured on a base is received in a receiving space. In one embodiment, the top surface is pivotally connected to the side tables and the base. When the top surface is lifted, the side tables on both sides of the main frame are moving upwards, as well as the base. When the top surface is totally lifted, the base and the side tables will all be disposed at the same horizontal surface, and the BBQ grill unit is protruding out from a top opening of the frame and ready for the user to use.

Abstract: A solar lamp may include a bottom plate, a lamp post, and a lighting complex. In one embodiment, the lamp post is fixed to the bottom plate and has three segments. The three segments are retractable thereby allowing the height of the lamp post to be adjusted. The lighting complex is installed at the top end of the lamp post and comprises a housing and a solar panel which is placed onto the top side of the housing. The housing may include a frame and with glass panels installed, and enclose a LED lamp, a rechargeable battery, and required wirings. The present invention is advantageous because the solar lamp can be easily and quickly installed or uninstalled, and the height of the lamp post can be easily and conveniently adjusted.

Abstract: A folding chair may include an upper frame, two armrests, two side frames, a front linking unit and a rear linking unit. When the user moves the armrests down to start chair folding process, the front linking unit and rear linking unit start to shrink and bring the side frames closer to each other. In the mean time, two side connecting rods are driven to bring the upper frame to moves down and further squeeze a seat fabric into a space between two side frames to form a compact structure of the folding chair. The size of the folding chair can be determined by extended length of the front linking unit and a rear linking unit. The folding chair proposed in the present invention is comfortable and stable for the user to sit, and all elements of the folding chair can be easily and closely folded into a compact size.
