The magnetic sensor is held in the holding portion of the magnetic sensor holding member and is arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the inner ring and the inner circumferential surface of the outer ring. Therefore the bearing with a rotational sensor that is improved to allow easy assembly and compactness can be obtained.
