  • Publication number: 20240079067
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes an output pin configured for connection with a memory controller, an output circuit configured to output through the output pin a voltage signal that changes over time in accordance with one or more bits of data to be output to the memory controller, and a control circuit configured to temporarily change a drive capability of the output circuit each time a voltage signal corresponding to one bit of the data is output through the output pin.

  • Patent number: 6280334
Abstract: A flywheel for an internal combustion engine includes a flexible plate connected to a crankshaft of the engine. A mass member is connected to the flexible plate. A clearance is formed at an axially outer portion with respect to a connecting portion of the flexible plate to the crankshaft. A spring member is disposed in the clearance such that both ends of the spring member being in contact with clearance defining surfaces of the flexible plate and the mass member, respectively. This flywheel enables the prevision of the spring member without increasing a thickness of an installing portion to the crankshaft.

  • Patent number: 5707292
Abstract: A vibration damping equipment for a torsional damper comprises a hub plate, side plates, a torsion spring, a friction block, and low rigidity members. Each low rigidity member is interposed between the hub plate and each friction block to be adjacent to each other through a partition of the hub plate. The low rigidity members are connected to each other on at least one axial side of the partition.

  • Patent number: 5598745
Abstract: Friction blocks are held between a driver plate and a friction ring fixedly held on a side plate using a plate spring, and are received in circumferentially spaced windows of an annular disc. The annular disc is affixed to a torque converter cover and disposed between the driver and side plates both of which are secured to an engine crankshaft. The friction blocks have, within the windows, a play in the circumferential direction of the annular disc. The annular disc is resiliently coupled with the driver and side plates by coil springs operatively disposed in corresponding windows of the driver plate, side plate, and the annular disc. Rotation of the driver and side plates relative to the annular disc far enough to consume the circumferential play of the friction blocks in the corresponding windows causes the annular disc to entrain all of the friction blocks in its further movement.

  • Patent number: 5558579
Abstract: A torsional damper comprises damper elements which are resiliently coupled by a spring arrangement and a friction generating device. One of the damper elements has a radially extending wall. The friction generating device includes a plurality of friction blocks received by the other damper element with play in the circumferential direction, and a spring arranged to bias the plurality of friction blocks against the radially extending wall. In order to absorb the shock of engagement of each of the plurality of friction blocks with the other damper element, a cushion is provided.
