Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module comprising: a plurality of single cells arranged in sequence; a sampling circuit board disposed opposite to a top of the single cells and provided with a conductive hole and a conductive sleeve disposed in the conductive hole; and a busbar having a connecting plate and a conductive post extending from the connecting plate, and the connecting plate being connected to the single cells, wherein the busbar is electrically connected to the sampling circuit board by insertion of the conductive post into the conductive sleeve. The battery module according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a busbar and a sampling circuit board electrically connected with each other, which have a stable and reliable connection and a high impact resistance ability, thereby improving an operational reliability and safety of the battery module.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, comprising: a plurality of batteries stacked in a length direction L of the battery module; and an end plate located at an end of the plurality of batteries in the length direction L. The end plate is provided with at least one end plate mounting hole, and each of the at least one end plate mounting holes extends along a height direction H of the battery module. The end plate includes an inner wall and an external wall that are disposed opposite to each other in the length direction L, and an axis of each of the at least one end plate mounting holes includes a first distance L1 from the inner wall and a second distance L2 from the external wall. The first distance L1 is greater than the second distance L2.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, including: a plurality of batteries that is stacked; an end plate disposed at an end of the plurality of batteries in a direction, along which the plurality of batteries are stacked; an electric insulation component disposed between the end plate and a battery of the plurality of batteries adjacent to the end plate, the electric insulation component comprising at least one mounting portion; and at least one heat insulation component disposed below the end plate and connected to a bottom of the end plate. Abstract: A battery module is provided, including: a battery group, including a plurality of batteries that is stacked; two end plates, respectively disposed at two ends of the battery group along a direction in which the plurality of batteries is stacked; and a connecting member, connecting the two end plates. Each of the two end plates has a middle section and thinned sections respectively located at two sides of the middle section in a length direction Y. A thickness of each of the thinned sections is smaller than a thickness of the middle section. Each of the thinned sections is provided with at least one strengthened portion protruding from an outer side surface of the thinned section. In the present disclosure, an overall weight of the battery module can be reduced when the thinned section has a smaller thickness than the middle section.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module, comprising: a case having a hollow cavity and an opening in communication with the hollow cavity in a length direction; a secondary battery assembly disposed in the hollow cavity and comprising two or more secondary batteries stacked one on another in a width direction; a shielding member disposed on at least one side of the secondary battery assembly in a height direction and located between the secondary battery assembly and the case, the shielding member is configured to cover the secondary battery assembly and is slidably connected to the case. The battery module provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure can effectively avoid the second batteries from being worn when grouping the battery module, and meanwhile an efficiency of grouping the battery module can be ensured.

At least one of the at least two battery units includes an exposure area exposing the at least one pouch-type battery, and the thermal-dissipation protection case of a battery unit adjacent to the at least one of the at least two battery units is in contact with the at least one pouch-type battery through the exposure area.
