    Abstract: An optimization design method for a spatial flow passage of a low-pressure even spray nozzle, relating to a design method for an essential apparatus in a water-saving irrigation system, such as a spray irrigation system. Specifically, if the model and the inlet diameter of a nozzle are determined, the shape and the size of the cross section of an outlet, a flow passage deflection angle, the radius and the arc length of a flow passage contour, and the size of an elevation angle of the outlet are determined to implement structural optimization of a spatial flow passage of the nozzle; moreover, parameterization design of the spatial flow passage in different inlet diameter conditions is implemented, so that a method for determining structural parameters of a spatial flow passage of a nozzle is obtained. A design method of a spatial flow passage under a low-pressure operation condition is developed, such that the hydraulic performance of the nozzle is optimized, and the nozzle is efficient and saves energy.

    Abstract: A detachable frame of a light-small sprinkling machine includes angle steel pieces, tiepieces, support bars, support upright rods, top rod with slots, and wheels. The components of the frame are connected through threaded connections, so that the frame can be disassembled and removed easily. The distance between sprinkler heads and the mounting height of the sprinkler heads may be changed by means of free movement of turning hooks in the top rod with slots. The number of spans of the rod of the machine are be selected according to the topographic structure and can be changed by means of threaded holes in the two ends of the top rod with slots, and thereby the length of the rod can be changed. Employing low-pressure sprinkler heads and utilizing the turning effect of movable swivel shafts, the irrigation sprinkling machine can be turned to any direction freely.

The water taking signal nozzle circularly takes signal water and air conveniently and reliably, so that a low-pressure vortex region is discontinuously formed at one side of the injecting element body; formation and disappearance of a pressure difference between a left cavity and a right cavity can be implemented in an automatic control manner, and wall attachment of water and rotation of the injector are implemented. The auxiliary nozzle is primarily used for supplementing near water distribution of the double-nozzle injector capable of spraying at a medium and low pressure, so as to improve spraying evenness.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for acquiring a nanostructured coating on a metal surface by using an intense shock wave generated by continuous explosion of a laser-induced plasma is provided. The method comprises: irradiating a laser beam on a black paint surface of an upper opening of a high pressure resistant glass pipe having a black paint strip arranged therein; the black paint absorbing the light energy and producing a plasma; generating an initial plasma explosion shock wave; transmitting the initial plasma explosion shock wave in the high pressure resistant glass pipe; generating a plasma cloud reaching a lower opening of a glass catheter; and, the shock wave pressure outputted embedding nanoparticles into a surface of a workpiece.
