The system also comprises an application interface coupled to the dialog service interface switch, wherein the dialog service interface switch comprises a network selector that determines a network of the plurality of networks through which the mobile communication system will communicate and switches between different networks of the plurality of networks, wherein the application interface provides data to at least one application, executing in the application layer, in the same format for each network of the plurality of networks.
