  • Publication number: 20200254642
Abstract: The machine tool includes modules and a control portion. Each of the modules includes a main spindle for holding a workpiece and a tool post for holding a tool. The tool is used to machine the workpiece held by the main spindle. The control portion is configured to control to restrict a parallel execution of predetermined machining for the workpiece and machining affected by the predetermined machining and to permit an execution of machining other than the restricted machining.

  • Patent number: 9616500
Abstract: A guide bush adjusting device includes a drawbar (a mobile body) displaceable relative to a guide bush sleeve (cylindrical body). The drawbar is formed from a screw connection member (a connection member) which is connected to a guide bush housed in the guide bush sleeve (a cylindrical body), and an operation member configured to displace the screw connection member. The guide bush adjusting device adjusts an inner diameter of the guide bush by releasing the operation member from its fixation, displacing the drawbar, moving the guide bush with respect to the guide bush sleeve via the drawbar to thereby position the guide bush, and fixing the operation member of the drawbar (mobile body) at a predetermined position.

  • Patent number: 9156036
Abstract: There is provided a workpiece separation apparatus permitting input of a mixture of workpieces and chips stably within a flow current and separating them accurately and efficiently. The workpiece separation apparatus includes an input cylinder inserted within a separating container, and a fluid supplying means arranged so as to supply fluid to the separating container from a part lower than a lower end of the input cylinder, and configured such that the fluid overflows and flows out of the upper end of the separating container due to a flow current generated within the separating container, and such that the level of the fluid rises up in the input cylinder and the fluid does not flow out of the upper end of the input cylinder, but is maintained substantially in a resting state and at a level above the level of the upper end of the separating container.

  • Publication number: 20150047480
Abstract: In a guide bush adjusting device, a drawbar (24) (a mobile body) provided to be displaceable with respect to a guide bush sleeve (7) is formed from: a screw connection member (14) (a connection member) which is connected to a guide bush (9) housed in a guide bush sleeve (7) (a cylindrical body); and an operation member (18) configured to operate the displacement of the screw connection member (14). The guide bush adjusting device adjusts an inner diameter dimension of the guide bush (9) by: releasing the operation member (18) from its fixation, displacing the drawbar (24), and fixing the operation member (18) at a predetermined position; and moving the guide bush (9) with respect to the guide bush sleeve (7), and positioning the guide bush (9).
