Abstract: A method and system for determining sentiment of an employee towards an organization comprises extracting structured and unstructured data from one or more structured data sources comprising structured datapoints and one or more unstructured data sources comprising unstructured datapoints. The method comprises building regression model on the plurality of structured datapoints to determine a relationship of structured datapoints amongst the structured datapoints, creating a first profile of the employee based on said relationship, creating a second profile of the employee by selecting one or more words from each unstructured datapoints by using a prestored vocabulary, assigning one or more scores, corresponding to said words, in context of corresponding each of the unstructured datapoints. Method comprises generating a matrix based on the first profile and the second profile indicating sentiments of employee towards organization.

Abstract: A method and system for assigning and tracking progress of action items in a review meeting comprises extracting action items from a meeting document during the review meeting once the review meeting is initiated between the reviewee and the reviewer. The method comprises identifying reviewee content and reviewer content by using feature extraction technique on audio snippets spoken by the reviewee and the reviewer during the review meeting. The method further comprises determining whether the review meeting is a first meeting or a subsequent meeting, between the reviewee and the reviewer, for discussing the action items extracted from the meeting document. Based on the determination, action items for reviewee and reviewer are assigned and the status of the previously assigned action items of reviewee and previously assigned action items of reviewer are tracked.

Abstract: A system and a method for facilitating meeting content to be referred for attending a meeting. The system receives a current meeting information associated with the meeting. The system computes similarity scores corresponding to a plurality of past meeting information against the current meeting information. The system identifies a past meeting information with highest similarity score and a set of past service provider entities from the past meeting information. The system identifies a past skillset based on a set of past service provider parameters associated with the set of past service provider entities and correlates the past skillset with a current skillset associated with at least one current service provider entity to identify a skill gap, between the past and current skillsets. The system extracts and facilitates meeting content to the at least one current service provider entity for attending the meeting based on the identified skill gap.

Abstract: A system and method for determining a correlation between a content and a plurality of responses corresponding to the content shared on a communication platform is disclosed. The system may be configured for filtering a set of responses from the plurality of responses based upon interaction analysis of each user providing the response in view of prior engagement data and participation data on the communication platform, and content analysis corresponding to historical contents, on the communication platform, of each user providing the response. The system may further configured for extracting multidimensional behaviour data and performing an analysis on the multidimensional behaviour data of the content and each response of the set of responses corresponding to the content. Further, the system may be configured for deriving insights such as identification of an improvement areas, a context and an audience or a group of users.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method for identifying entities from a service provider side and a client side for a meeting. The system identifies a client service having a highest similarity score with the service type required by the client. It then identifies, a first set of service provider and client entities. It further identifies a second set of service provider and client entities based on a plurality of service provider and client parameters respectively such that the second set of service provider and client entities have a highest similarity score vis-à-vis the first set of service provider and client entities respectively. Further, it generates, based on a set of predicted time dependent win-ratios, one or more combinations comprising at least a pair of entities. Each combination is assigned with a success score and at least one combination is selected based on the success score.
