The function editor can be utilized to create and register functions available within a cloud infrastructure or cloud environment, for use within a data analytics environment. Such functions available for use within the cloud infrastructure or cloud environment can be displayed for the user, and used, for example, in data analytics workbooks, to create an interface or API that allows connection of the data analytics environment to a cloud infrastructure database.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program product provide for generating a video stream from a shared memory object containing image data from an image buffer. In the context of a method, the method generates a shared memory object from an image buffer comprising image data associated with a first iteration of two or more iterations of a graphics application, wherein the image data comprises data from at least one pixel related to the first iteration. The method generates converted image data based on a conversion of the pixel data in a first data format to converted image data in a second data format and generates an image file comprising the converted image data for the first iteration. The method also outputs the image file for the first iteration to a user device in conjunction with at least another image file from another iteration of the two or more iterations to provide a video stream of the two or more iterations.
