A panel (400) is configured to be inserted between the lower compartment (100) and the upper compartment (200) thus forming a partition between the compartments. The housing (1000) of the present disclosure, when utilized for housing data distribution elements and electrical power distribution elements separately in its compartments, provides safe access to the data distribution elements and prevents risk of touching live electrical components.
