Abstract: The bicycle carrier rack includes a main frame, a swaying frame and an adjustment device. The main frame stands vertically, combined with the swaying frame by the adjustment device. Fixed at the bottom portion of the main frame is a positioning rack to connect with a vehicle or a trailer. Two positioning holes are bored in the main frame. The swaying frame is combined with the main frame by the adjustment device, having a positioning member and a positioning projection employed to primarily position with positioning holes of the main frame. The adjustment device has a shell, and a movable element installed in the shell to co-work with the positioning member of the swaying frame. With a starting element to control the movable element, the adjustment device can work to alter the combined status of the main frame and the swaying frame, enabling the bicycle carrier rack unfolded or folded.

Abstract: A fixing assembly for carrying a bike includes a main body having a transverse hole provided therein with transverse ribs to be secured with a rod of a carrying stand on a motor vehicle. The main body is formed with a concave portion with vertical ribs for positioning a bike frame rod or a bike wheel thereon, having a first strap with lots of one-way ratchets and a second strap for receiving an engaging device that has a base to be secured with the second strap. The base is provided with a micro-adjusting member for adjusting combined tightness of the first and the second strap, and an engaging member for engaging the one-way ratchets of the first strap to prevent the first strap from moving reversely and a releasing member for pulling open the engaging member to release and separate the first strap and the second strap.

Abstract: A water valve body includes a filter valve and a lower solenoid valve seat, both of which are integrally formed of plastic. The filter valve, as well as the lower solenoid valve seat, has an internal channel connecting an inlet end and an outlet end. The outlet end of the filter valve is connected to the inlet end of the lower solenoid valve seat, with a packing or a sealing element provided at the connecting position. In contrast to the conventional water valve body that is integrally formed of metal, this plastic-made water valve body is free of pollution associated with the leaching of heavy metals and incurs lower material cost. Besides, the plural components of the water valve body are selectively replaceable when damaged and thus also incur lower maintenance cost.

Abstract: A lockable torque-limiting driver includes a body and a sleeve received in a sleeve chamber of the body and secured therein by recesses inside the body. The sleeve is provided with projecting edges on the outer wall to be respectively fitted in the recesses of the body, plural recessed grooves at the inner wall for fixing an upper cam, and female threads at the inner wall to be screwed with the male threads of a torque-limiting member, further disposed with plural positioning serrations at topside and a center chamber inside. The upper cam and a lower cam respectively have one-way serrations to be mutually engaged. The torque-limiting member is fixed with positioning projections to be actuated to move on the positioning serrations of the sleeve and give out sounds by which a user can know a torque limiting extent desired.

Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for sensitive document management. The system includes one or more agents, a behavior analysis engine, a local policy engine, and a local matching service. The method identifies whether a document is sensitive, identifies behaviors applied to the document, determines whether the document contains sensitive information and determines whether to allow the identified behavior to continue based on security policies.

Abstract: A fuel cell apparatus including a fuel cell module, a heat exchanging assembly, and an airflow producing element is provided. The fuel cell module is used to perform chemical reactions of a fuel cell. The heat exchanging assembly includes a first heat exchanging part, a second heat exchanging part, and a connection part. The connection part connects the first heat exchanging part and the second heat exchanging part respectively. The airflow producing element is adapted to produce an airflow, and the airflow flows through the first heat exchanging part, the fuel cell module, and the second heat exchanging part sequentially.

Abstract: A baseball batting practice equipment includes a base provided with a movable member controlled to operate by the retaining post of a ball pitching speed adjustment device that is disposed with bevel gears and an actuating member for regulating the speed of ball pitching. An elastic member has opposite sides respectively secured with the movable member and the base for assisting the movable member to recover its original position. The base is further provided with a hooking member for holding an elastic plate and, after the movable member touches the hooking member, releasing the elastic plate for pitching balls. A ball pitching apparatus is provided with an elastic member for adjusting and delaying time of ball pitching, a gear unit and an actuating rod for winding tight or unwinding loose the elastic member. A power unit with a pedal is to carry out pitching balls.

Abstract: A system (and a method) is disclosed for fingerprinting based entity extraction using a rolling hash technique. The system is configured to receive an input stream of a predetermined length comprising characters, and a hash table having indexed entries. The system isolates, through a defined fixed window length, a set of characters of the input stream. A hash key is generated and used to index into the hash table. The system compares the isolated set of characters of the input stream with the entry corresponding to the index into the hash table to determine whether there is an exact match with the entry. The system slides the fixed window length one character to isolate another set of characters of the input stream in response to no exact match from the comparison. Alternatively, the system stores the input stream in response to an exact match from the comparison.

The airflow rectification segment is connected to the fan and has one flow channel. The first airflow separation segment is connected to the airflow rectification segment and disposed between the airflow rectification segment and the reaction unit. A number of flow channels inside the first airflow separation segment is N1, where N1 is a positive integer and N1>1.

Abstract: An automated method of matching an input document to a set of documents from a document repository. A signature database is stored, the signature database including a document identifier and signatures generated by a first signature generator for each of the set of documents. The input document is received and signatures are generated for the input document using a second signature generator, and the signature database is searched using the signatures generated for the input document. The first and second signature generators are configured such that different numbers of signatures are generated for a same document. Other embodiments, aspects and features are also disclosed.

Abstract: A fuel cell system having uniform temperature field, includes at least one fuel cell stack. The fuel cell stack includes a housing, a fuel cell module, and an air guiding device. The housing defines an internal receiving space, and has an air outlet zone and at least two air inlet zones. The fuel cell module is disposed in the receiving space and includes a plurality of membrane electrode assemblies are disposed at intervals along a first sidewall toward a second sidewall on a plane of the receiving space of the housing. Each of the membrane electrode assemblies corresponds to at least one of the air inlet zones. The air guiding device is disposed on of the housing for generating airflows via the air inlet zones into the housing. The airflows flow along cathode surfaces of the membrane electrode assemblies and finally flow out of the housing via the air outlet zone.

Abstract: A clamp-type hard disk (hard disk) mount includes a base having a hard disk contact surface; two clamping arms pivotally connected at rear ends to two fulcrums provided in and near two lateral ends of the base; and two restoring elements disposed in the base. The two clamping arms respectively have an extension section rearward extended beyond the two fulcrums. Two short rods are separately provided near front ends of the two clamping arms corresponding to two retaining hole provided on two lateral sides of a hard disk. The restoring elements normally push the extension sections of the clamping arms outward, so that the two clamping arms automatically clamp on the two lateral sides of a hard disk installed on the clamp-type hard disk mount.

Abstract: A system generates an output of documents having with a particular relevance range. The system receives an initial document comprising text, a list of documents for matching, each document comprising text, and a minimum substring match length. The system normalizes the text of the documents of the list of documents. The system searches common sub-strings between the text of the initial document and the text of each document of the list of documents. The system calculates a match percentage based on the search common sub-strings and outputs documents having a match percentage corresponding to a predetermined value. Also disclosed is a process for generating an output of documents within a particular relevance range.

Abstract: An electronic assembly includes a thermally-conductive substrate, a circuit board device and a plurality of light emitting diode (LED) devices. The circuit board device is disposed on the thermally-conductive substrate. The LED devices are disposed on the thermally-conductive substrate. The LED device includes a plurality of electrical connection portions and at least one thermal connection portion. The electrical connection portions are electrically connected to the circuit board device. The thermal connection portion is thermally connected to the thermally-conductive substrate. The connection locations of the circuit board device connected to the electrical connection portions and the connection location of the thermally-conductive substrate connected to the thermal connection portion are at a same plane. In addition, a backlight module applying the electronic assembly is also provided.

When the push plate is downward pushed, the plate member is caused to pivotally turn downward about the fulcrum, so that the mating connector seat is also moved downward to separate from the HDD connector.

Abstract: A multi-functional air circulation system includes a bottom base, a flow-splitting base, a filter and a main engine. The bottom base has a lower flow-guiding surface, a net, and a space used to contain diverse improving agents. The flow-splitting base is fixed on the bottom base, including an inner flow-guiding surface to rush air flow generated by a blade member down to the bottom base. The filter is laid at an exit of the inner flow-guiding surface, composed of two filter bases forming a room between them for containing aromatic powder, etc. The main engine includes a motor having its shaft fixed with a blade member, and a control system. The motor is installed in a rear shell combined with a front shell. Air is sucked in through the rear shell to run through an ornamental shell and the flow-splitting base to enter a room. The main engine and the bottom base can also be assembled to work independently.

Abstract: An image capture method for capturing an image with a single lens is provided. The method includes: (a) sequentially moving an image capture unit to predetermined positions; (b) sequentially capturing a plurality of frames of images by the image capture unit at the predetermined positions, wherein at least one image distance difference exists among the images; and (c) generating at least one image file by a processing unit according to the images.
