    Abstract: A device for tuning an output enable signal and a method thereof are provided. In the method, a first scan signal and a second scan signal are filtered out according to a duty cycle of the output enable signal, so as to provide a first output scan signal and a second output scan signal. The duty cycle of the output enable signal is increased when a voltage level of the second output scan signal is converted from a disable state to an enable state before a voltage level of the first output scan signal is converted from an enable state to a disable state. Thereby, a rewriting problem is avoided.

    Abstract: A method of producing a standard of identity cream cheese that is flowable at refrigerated temperatures is provided. The method includes providing freshly made or reheated standard of identity cream cheese at a temperature of at least about 150° F. The cream cheese is then cooled while at least intermittently shear mixing the cream cheese. At least some of the shear mixing is carried out while the cream cheese is at a temperature of 70° F. or greater. The flowable standard of identity cream cheese can be converted from a flowable state at refrigerated temperatures to a solid state at refrigerated temperatures by reheating the flowable standard of identity cream cheese to a temperature above 100° F., and cooling the cream cheese to refrigerated temperatures without mixing.

The frame receives and secures the eyeglass therein and is bilaterally provided with a pair of engaging portions each having a through hole. The strap has at least one connecting portion and is passed through the through hole of a corresponding one of the engaging portions of the frame. The connecting portion of the strap is provided with a resisting portion which makes the connecting portion slightly larger than an opening of each of the through holes, so that the strap which is passed through the through hole of a corresponding one of the engaging portions can be securely attached to the frame.

The receiving portion is outside the active surface and in contact with the projecting portion, both of which constitute a recess communicating with the through hole. The second redistributed conductor is positioned within the through hole and the recess, in contact with the receiving portion, and extended toward the passive surface along the through hole. The insulator is filled between the second redistributed conductor and the substrate and between the second redistributed conductor and the projecting portion.
