  • Patent number: 11921434
Abstract: An apparatus includes a vacuum chamber, a reflective optical element arranged in the vacuum chamber and configured to reflect an extreme ultra-violet (EUV) light, and a cleaning module positioned in the vacuum chamber. the cleaning module is operable to provide a mitigation gas flowing towards the reflective optical element and provide a hydrogen-containing gas flowing towards the reflective optical element. The mitigation gas mitigates, by chemical reaction, contamination of the reflective optical element.

  • Publication number: 20240071538
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-state one-time programmable (MSOTP) memory circuit including a memory cell and a programming voltage driving circuit. The memory cell includes a MOS storage transistor, a first MOS access transistor and a second MOS access transistor electrically connected to store two bits of data. When the memory cell is in a writing state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a writing control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor, and when the memory cell is in a reading state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a reading control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor.

  • Patent number: 11911031
Abstract: This disclosure relates to a surgical tool configured for holding an implant includes an inner rod and a sleeve. The inner rod includes a rod portion and a holding portion. The holding portion is located at one end of the rod portion and has a first accommodation space configured for accommodating at least part of the implant. The sleeve includes a sleeving portion and a retaining portion. The sleeving portion is slidably sleeved on the rod portion of the inner rod. The retaining portion is located at one end of the sleeving portion and selectively presses against the holding portion. The inner rod further includes at least one fin portion protruded from the holding portion and located in the first accommodation space for being inserted into at least one slot of the implant.

  • Patent number: 10869233
Abstract: A method for gathering small cells is provided. In the method, an instruction gathering device gathers connections of the small cells for transmitting control packets, and provides at least two virtual cells to process the connections. When a user device switches the connection to another small cell, the instruction gathering device also assigns another virtual cell to process the control packets related to the user device. The virtual cells partially replace contents of the control packets before forwarding the control packets.

  • Publication number: 20200205160
Abstract: An apparatus for coordinating inter-cell interference is provided. The apparatus includes a processor and a transceiver. The processor operates a first virtual cell and a second virtual cell to simulate a victim cell and an aggressor cell respectively. The processor controls the transceiver to establish a link between each of at least one macro cell and the first virtual cell each through a first interface, and to establish a link between each macro cell and the second virtual cell each through a second interface. The processor operates a coordinator to receive a first ABS pattern provided by each macro cell to reduce interference on at least one pico cell that interfering by each macro cell and reduce interference on each macro cell that interfering by at least one femto cell.

  • Patent number: 6025686
Abstract: A new method for controlling movement of a digging dipper includes providing an earthmoving machine with two drive systems for moving the dipper along two respective paths. Also provided is a control apparatus having a reference axis and a knob mounted for movement between a first, repose position and a maximum position spaced from the repose position by a maximum displacement dimension. The knob is displaced along a control axis to a second position which is spaced from the repose position by an actual displacement dimension less than the maximum displacement dimension. The drive systems are energized and the dipper is powered along a digging axis generally parallel to the control axis. A new apparatus for controlling movement of the dipper has a single control knob having a repose position and also has first and second motion transducers mechanically coupled to the knob.
