  • Patent number: 11955459
Abstract: A package structure is provided. The package structure includes a first die and a second die, a dielectric layer, a bridge, an encapsulant, and a redistribution layer structure. The dielectric layer is disposed on the first die and the second die. The bridge is electrically connected to the first die and the second die, wherein the dielectric layer is spaced apart from the bridge. The encapsulant is disposed on the dielectric layer and laterally encapsulating the bridge. The redistribution layer structure is disposed over the encapsulant and the bridge. A top surface of the bridge is in contact with the RDL structure.

  • Publication number: 20070275373
Abstract: The present invention is directed to methods of determining a copy number of nucleic acids in a biological specimen. More specifically, the invention provides a method for determining an absolute copy number of a transcript or a plurality of transcripts of interest in a biological specimen the size of which is determined using an external control. The invention further provides a method for diagnosis and prognosis of diseases associated with changes in a transcript copy number by measuring an absolute copy number of the transcript The invention also provides a kit for measuring absolute copy number of a transcript or a plurality or transcripts. The invention further provides a method of creating a quantitative “finger-print” of a disease-related gene expression pattern for screening to identify susceptibility to a disease, and disease diagnostic and prognostic purposes.

  • Patent number: 5462863
Abstract: A method for recovering hepatitis B surface antigen protein from transformed yeast cells including the steps of (i) obtaining an aqueous homogenate of the yeast cells; (ii) enriching the hepatitis B surface antigen protein in the homogenate with a protein-aggregating reagent to form a precipitate which contains hepatitis B surface antigen protein; (iii) dissolving the precipitate in a buffer to form a suspension; and (iv) post-homogenizing the suspension to obtain a 10% to 50% increase in yield of the hepatitis B surface antigen protein as calculated based on a yield achieved without performing the post-homogenizing step.
