  • Publication number: 20240071538
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-state one-time programmable (MSOTP) memory circuit including a memory cell and a programming voltage driving circuit. The memory cell includes a MOS storage transistor, a first MOS access transistor and a second MOS access transistor electrically connected to store two bits of data. When the memory cell is in a writing state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a writing control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor, and when the memory cell is in a reading state, the programming voltage driving circuit outputs a reading control potential to the gate of the MOS storage transistor.

  • Publication number: 20180299944
Abstract: A production management method and system using power consumption features are described. An electric meter is connected to an equipment machine for measuring power consumption data of the equipment machine. The power consumption data during a processing cycle of the equipment machine is used as a power consumption sample. The power consumption sample is uploaded to a cloud server and a plurality of feature points is set. The power consumption data of the equipment machine is uploaded to the cloud server in real time and compared with the power consumption sample through feature matching, to obtain a facility utilization rate, a production efficiency and a product yield of the equipment machine, so as to calculate an overall equipment effectiveness.

  • Patent number: 9811080
Abstract: A method that measures performance of an information appliance comprises a test module receiving, from a client, and recording a request for processing of a sample data by an information appliance. The test module sends the sample data received from the client to the information appliance for processing. If a request to a backend application is present, the test module also sends the request to the backend application for processing and receives and records a response from the backend application. The test module sends the response from the backend application to the information appliance for processing. A generated correlation ID is used to update a performance data table with start time and a stop time of a response for transaction sample data processed by the information appliance.

  • Patent number: 8057953
Abstract: The coupling structure of fuel cells according to the present invention comprises a body and a plurality of channels. A first fuel cell is adapted on a first side of the body; a second fuel cell is adapted on a second side of the body. The plurality of channels penetrates through the first and the second sides. Each of the channels connects to a fuel-guiding inlet, a fuel-guiding outlet, an oxidant-gas-guiding inlet, and an oxidant-gas-guiding outlet of the first and the second fuel cells, respectively. The coupling structure has an insulation property with a conductive module embedded used for conducting a negative terminal of the first fuel cell and a positive terminal of the second fuel cell on the first and the second sides. By means of a coupling module, the internal wires can be used for cascading or isolating the positive and the negative terminals of the two fuel cells.

  • Patent number: 7832989
Abstract: The pump comprises a pump body, a control member, an elastic member, and blades. The pump body has a holding space, one or more pump inlets, and one or more pump outlets. The holding space, the pump inlets, and the pump outlets communicate with each other. The pump outlets communicate with a fuel outlet of the fuel storage device; while the pump inlets communicate with a fuel reservoir of the fuel storage device. The control member passes through the fuel storage device and is rotatably set in the holding space. The elastic member is set fixed on the pump body and connects with the control member. The blades are set in the holding space and connect with the control member. Thereby, no extra energy is needed for the pump to transport the fuel from the fuel reservoir to the fuel cell.
