  • Patent number: 8220104
Abstract: A mop fabric snap-in connection structure comprises: a disc having a groove formed around the bottom of the disc, and a plurality of first snap-in connection structures arranged in the groove; a plurality of mop fabrics, disposed across a surface of the groove; and a pressing member, installed at the bottom of the disc, and a main body of the pressing member having a plurality of second snap-in connection structures corresponding to and latched each other with the first snap-in connection structures of the groove respectively. The present invention engages two modules including the disc and the pressing member with the mop fabrics 80 into an M-shape by the mutual and alternate engagement, and the method of latching and fixing the two modules achieves a convenient assembling and a secured clamping, and prevents the fabrics from falling out easily without requiring any locking components.

  • Publication number: 20120047675
Abstract: The present invention relates to mop buckets, including a housing, a spin basket mounted in the housing, and a driving mechanism rotating the spin basket. The present invention uses the driving mechanism to rotate an agitator for stirring and rubbing the mop head to remove dirt and solid matters and to synchronously rotate a spin basket for drying the mop head of the mop. Further, the present invention utilizes gears and one-way couplings to transfer driving force for rotating the agitator and the spin basket at the same time, saving much installation space and facilitating mop cleaning and drying operations.

  • Publication number: 20110113585
Abstract: A mop wringer bucket substantially comprising a bucket, a dewatering basket within the bucket, and a driving mechanism for driving the dewatering basket. The driving mechanism imparts a rotary motion to a cleaning plate at the bottom of the bucket such that the dirt attached to the mop yarn will be effectively removed under the stirring and kneading action of the cleaning plate. Thereafter, the mop yarn is placed in the dewatering basket of the same bucket, and the water absorbed by the mop yarn is removed by the centrifugal force, thereby enhancing the cleaning effect. In addition, the symmetrical U-handles specially designed at both sides of the bucket can be horizontally disposed on the rim of the bucket or swiveled to contact with each other to create one carrying handle, thereby achieving the space-saving effect and preventing the water from escaping from the bucket.

  • Publication number: 20110016652
Abstract: A rotational mop includes a handle, a mop head and a plurality of cotton cloths. The mop head includes an installation disc, having a circular gutter formed on a top side of the installation disc, and a top side of two gutter walls is a serrated structure, and the cotton cloths are installed into the circular gutter and the serrated structure. The mop head further includes at least one serrated element embedded into the circular gutter, and a concave shape formed by a bottom side of the serrated element clamps the plurality of cotton cloths into the circular gutter in an M-shaped form. The installation disc can be connected directly to a bottom side of a turntable, or connected with a ring body first and then embedded into the bottom side of the turntable, so that the cotton cloth can be rotated together with the turntable in 360 degrees.

  • Publication number: 20100306952
Abstract: A winger bucket includes: a bucket body, a dewatering basket and a propelling unit; wherein the propelling unit further comprises; a base, a big gear wheel, a pail pedal, a circular arc gear wheel, a return spring, a rotating axle, a small gear wheel, and an unilateral bearing device, installed on the rotating axle under the small gear wheel, driven in one direction by the small gear wheel thus rotating the rotating axle and the dewatering basket in the same direction. In this structure, the dewatering basket can be rotated freely in a same direction.

  • Patent number: 6896700
Abstract: A tri-leaflet heart valve includes an annular valve base with an inner surface forming an orifice through which blood flows from the upstream side to the downstream side. Three protruding hinges, each with concave sockets on opposite sides, are formed on the inner surface. Each hinge has a downstream face and an upstream face connected by a ridge. Three leaflets are respectively arranged between adjacent hinges. Each leaflet has round pivots on both sides that rest inside the concave sockets, allowing the leaflets to freely rotate in the annular valve base. When the leaflets are subject to a positive pressure from the blood flow, the leaflets are pushed open and allow a central flow. When the leaflets are subject to a negative pressure, the leaflets are closed to occlude the blood flow.
