    Abstract: A method of making a heating film for a vehicular lampshade contains steps of: producing an adhesive layer in which a substrate made of transparent resin is provided, transparent adhesive is coated on the substrate to form a first adhesive portion, and the transparent adhesive is coated on the substrate opposite to the first surface to form a second adhesive portion; adhering a release paper on the first adhesive portion; and forming a conductive layer on the second adhesive portion. A cover lamination is printed on the conductive layer and is curved, such that a portion of the conductive layer not being covered by the cover lamination is removed in an etching manner so as to maintain the other portion of the conductive layer covered by the cover lamination and to form a curved current path. The conductive layer includes two electrical contacts electrically connected with two wires respectively.

    Abstract: A liquid heating device includes a liquid storage barrel, a heating barrel, a discharging tube and a controller. The liquid storage barrel stores a liquid to be heated, and is provided with a control valve at its bottom part. The heating barrel is disposed at a space below the liquid storage barrel, and is provided with an entrance at its top end. The controller is connected to the control valve, and controls operations of the control valve to allow the liquid in the liquid storage barrel to pass through the control valve and enter the heating barrel through the entrance. An internal capacity of the liquid storage barrel is greater than an internal capacity of the heating barrel. The heating barrel includes an electric heating structure mainly formed by an electric heating element and an electric conducting line. The discharging tube is a tube connected to the heating barrel, and discharges the heated liquid from the heating barrel.

Two engaging members each have a neck connected to the arm and an enlarged block IS connected to the neck. Each board is made of thermal insulation material and has multiple positioning recesses defined in two sides thereof. Each board has two holes and two secure slots which communicate with the two holes respectively. The block passes through the hole and the neck is moved to be engaged with the secure slot to connect the board to the arm. At least two electrothermal straps are engaged with the positioning recesses and spirally mounted to the boards. The boards can be easily replaced without use of rivets.

Two positioning bars are connected between the first and second end boards to press the supports. An adjusting device includes a U-shaped pull member which is movably connected to the second end board by springs. The pull member is connected to a driving support which is movably connected to the two sides of the frame and includes positioning recesses with which the heating strap is engaged. The springs pull the pull member to pull the heating strap so as to keep the tension of the heating strap.
