    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose an object detection method and a computer device. The method includes: obtaining a to-be-processed image; obtaining, according to the to-be-processed image, n reference regions used to identify a to-be-detected object in the to-be-processed image, and n detection accuracy values, of the to-be-detected object, corresponding to the n reference regions; determining sample reference regions in the n reference regions, where coincidence degrees of the sample reference regions is greater than a preset threshold; and determining, based on the sample reference regions, a target region corresponding to the to-be-detected object, where the target region is used to identify the to-be-detected object in the to-be-processed image. Implementation of the embodiments of the present invention helps improve accuracy of detecting a location of an object.

    Abstract: The present technology is directed to systems and methods for maintaining a position of an objection-of-interest in a predetermined place in a video captured by a sports camera. The method includes positioning an object at a pre-determined location of an image interface of a camera (e.g., a view finder), starting to record a video, and periodically determining whether the object is at the pre-determined location by constantly calculating a view ratio of the object (e.g., a ratio of area that the object occupies to the whole view finder). If the view ratio does not change, then recording continues. If the view ratio changes, the method then adjusts the view angle of the camera by increasing or decrease a view angle of the camera. By doing so, the system enables a user of the sports camera to focus on filming a moving object in a pre-determined way.

When the first state transition and the second state transition occur simultaneously, it is determined that the fixed-still pattern disappears in the display.
