Abstract: A reagent is provided for removing mercury (Hg). The reagent contains metal carbonates compound with layers structure. The contents of metals of reagent can be adjusted using this method. The reagent can be manufactured with kilogram grade per batch. The common ions, like Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, etc., can be contained in the reagent. The manufacture method provides a low-cost way for the Hg sorbent and the content ratio of metal oxides can be higher than 50 wt %. The manufacture is operated at a temperature more than 200° C. and can be integrated with existing technology such as denitration catalysts in industry for removing Hg. In another word, the present invention fabricates a mercury-removing reagent of metal-M/aluminum carbonates (M-Al—CO3), which can be potentially combined with commercially selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalysts for developing medium-high-temperature mercury-removing reagent with mercury-removing efficiency further enhanced.

  • Patent number: 9108139
Abstract: The instant disclosure relates to a granular bed filtration system with gas entrained recycling for thermal power plants to filter dust from the exhaust gas. The granular bed filtration system comprises a flow channel, a gas intake, a gas exhaust portion, a granular sieving unit, a vacuum, a cyclone separator and a pneumatic transporting device. The flow channels guide filtering media to filter the inlet gas, and then the filtered gas is exhausted through the gas exhaust outside of the granular bed filtration system. The granular sieving unit separates the filtering media and dust. The vacuum, pneumatic transporting device and cyclone separator repeatedly deliver the filtering media by gas-entrainment recycle.

  • Publication number: 20150000596
Abstract: The present invention discloses a MOCVD gas diffusion system with gas inlet baffles. With the adoption of multiple detachable air inlet baffles under the MO gas (Metal Organic gas) inlet and the hydride gas inlet, the gas diffusion system can easily and effectively reduce the pre-reaction of the MO gas and the hydride gas near the gas inlets, prevent metal diffusions around the inlets and make the metal layer generated on the wafers on the wafer carrier be very even, the MO gas used is also massively reduced to save great cost. The MOCVD process with the diffusion system of the present invention thus has a great potential in application to productions of high-performance LED epitaxy.
