    Abstract: The present application provides a preparation method for a thermally expandable microsphere containing hydrophilic organic-modified colloidal silicon dioxide. In the preparation method, hydrophilic organic-modified colloidal silicon dioxide is mixed with a mixture of a monomer material capable of polymerizing to form a thermoplastic polymer shell and at least one foaming agent to form an emulsion, and the emulsion is polymerized to form the thermally expandable microsphere. Surface-modified colloidal silicon dioxide with hydrophilic organic group in the present application has good salt tolerance stability, can be stabilized in brine and is beneficial to the preparation of the thermally expandable microsphere; and the prepared microsphere has a narrow particle size distribution, can be easily dispersed in water and an organic system, and has good wettability. The application also relates to a thermally expandable microsphere and use thereof.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a yeast gene ScFIT3 for regulating and controlling cadmium resistance of an organism and an application thereof. The yeast gene ScFIT3 for regulating and controlling the cadmium resistance of the organism has a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The present invention discloses, for the first time, the application of the yeast gene ScFIT3 in enhancing cadmium resistance of the organism. The yeast gene ScFIT3 is linked to an expression vector and transformed into a budding yeast, thereby completing construction of a cadmium-resistant yeast. The growth of the budding yeast transformed with the yeast gene ScFIT3 is significantly superior to that of a wild-type budding yeast, indicating that the budding yeast transformed with the yeast gene ScFIT3 has good resistance to cadmium stress, significantly enhances a capability of resisting heavy metal cadmium, and reduces accumulation and absorption of cadmium.

A task instruction may be provided in addition to a text prompt, and the task instruction may guide the trainable diffusion model together with the visual conditions. The visual conditions may be adapted according to the task instruction. During training, a fixed number of task instructions may be used. At inference, unseen task instructions may be used by combining convolutional kernels of the visual condition adapter.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein a CROss-Modal Distribution Alignment (CROMDA) model for vision-language pretraining, which can be used for retrieval downstream tasks. In the CROMDA mode, global cross-modal representations are aligned on each unimodality. Specifically, a uni-modal global similarity between an image/text and the image/text feature queue are computed. A softmax-normalized distribution is then generated based on the computed similarity. The distribution thus takes advantage of property of the global structure of the queue. CROMDA then aligns the two distributions and learns a modal invariant global representation. In this way, CROMDA is able to obtain invariant property in each modality, where images with similar text representations should be similar and vice versa.

A first language model is used to generate a plurality of texts corresponding to the plurality of 2D images respectively. A first text for a first image is generated by using one or more text descriptions generated by the first language model. A point cloud is generated by randomly sampling points in the 3D model. The first plurality of samples are generated using the plurality of 2D images, the corresponding plurality of texts, and the point cloud. The neural network based 3D encoder is trained using the training dataset including the first plurality of samples.
