Abstract: The present invention provide an orderly patterned remote phosphor crystal material and method for preparation the material and its application, which adopts short-pulse laser to make micro-structure arrays on the surface of phosphor crystal material to enhance the light extraction efficiency of the LED based on the material. The present invention overcomes the phosphor crystal material's properties of hard and dry/wet etching resistance and simplifies the processing steps, which accelerate the processing and improve the producing efficiency. The present invention is able to be performed under room temperature and environment friendly and the micro-structure is stable, which has broad application prospects in white LED field.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a constant liquid level gasification furnace with a waste boiler comprising: a housing; an upper portion of the housing is defined as a gasification section, a middle portion of the housing is defined as a radiant section, and a lower portion of the housing is defined as a quenching section. The gasification section internally includes a membrane type water-cooled wall, wherein the inner region defined by the membrane type water-cooled wall is a gasification chamber. The radiant section internally includes a built-in radiant waste boiler assembly, wherein the internal region defined by the built-in radiant waste boiler assembly is a radiant chamber. The region defined by the quenching section is a quenching chamber.

Abstract: In an example, a set of training fingerprints may be accessed, in which each of the training fingerprints specifies an access point of a plurality of access points to which a mobile device made a successful connection, a relative signal strength of the connection to the access point, and a cellular signal strength of a cellular tower near the mobile device when the successful connection to the access point was made. Level counts of the relative signal strengths of the connections to the access points corresponding to the cellular signal strengths of the cellular tower may be cumulated from the set of training fingerprints. The cumulated level counts of the relative signal strengths of the access points may be ranked.

Abstract: In an example, a set of training fingerprints may be access, in which each of the training fingerprints may specify an access point of a plurality of access points to which a mobile device made a successful connection and a cellular signal strength of a cellular tower near the client device when the successful connection was made. An interim model may be generated from the accessed set of training fingerprints, in which the interim model may contain a subset of the information in the set of training fingerprints to enable a destination device to generate a prediction model to predict an availability of an access point. The generated interim model may be transferred to the destination device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for optical character resolution (OCR) at low resolutions are provided. The system receives a dataset and extracts document images from the dataset. The system then segments and extracts a plurality of text lines from the document images. The system then processes the plurality of text lines using a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) with Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) module to perform line OCR. Finally, the system generates a plurality of text strings corresponding to the plurality of text lines.

Abstract: A power transmission control method and device for a crane and the crane includes setting the maximum working displacement of a secondary element corresponding to each gear of the crane; determining the current gear state and specific gear of the crane; determining the working mode of the secondary element from the gear state, and setting the maximum allowable displacement of the secondary element as the maximum working displacement corresponding to the specific gear. In the power transmission control method and device for the crane and the crane of the present invention, the maximum displacement of the secondary element is controlled for various gears, which can reduce power impact. A buffer mode is added to avoid influence on a vehicle due to loss of instant power generated at the moment of energy release completion and avoid vehicle jitter due to instable power resulting from the vehicle at low speed or a system suddenly disconnected.

Abstract: The embodiment of the present document discloses a service-based communication network evaluation method and apparatus. The method comprises: obtaining basic network data on a network element management system (EMS); and sending an evaluation execution command to the EMS to obtain service type data required by a service to be evaluated and single-point network element data on a service link, and evaluating these data according to an evaluation rule of a preset evaluation item, so as to obtain a service evaluation result with the service as granularity. The embodiment of the present document can achieve service object-based network quality evaluation, can evaluate a service to display the health status of a network thereof, and meanwhile can also adopt a high-efficiency processing mechanism of multi-level combining and sending an evaluation execution command and of splitting the data obtained from the EMS, thereby better supporting the network quality evaluation and optimization.
