Abstract: A multi-procedure integrated automatic production line for hard alloy blades under robot control is provided. The production line includes a rail-guided robot. A cutter passivation device and a blade cleaning and drying device are arranged on one side of the rail-guided robot. A blade-coating transfer table, a blade coating device, a blade boxing transfer table, a blade-tooling dismounting device and a blade boxing device are sequentially arranged on another side of the rail-guided robot. The blade-tooling dismounting device is arranged on one side of the blade boxing transfer table. The production line further includes squirrel-cage toolings for carrying the blades. The squirrel-cage tooling that are loaded with the blades can run among the cutter passivation device, the blade cleaning and drying device, the blade-coating transfer table and the blade boxing transfer table. The blades after being treated through the blade-tooling dismounting device are sent to the blade boxing device.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a clothing information processing method, comprises: the server receives the clothing information sent by a washing device and saves it; the server receives request information sent by an intelligent terminal; the server obtains the corresponding clothing information according to the request information and sends it to the intelligent terminal. In this disclosure, the server receives the clothing information sent by the washing device and stores the clothing information. In this way, in the whole washing cycle, even after this washing cycle, the user can obtain the clothing information from the server through the intelligent terminal, which avoids that in the prior art, after the stage of uploading clothing information by the washing device is completed, the intelligent terminal can no longer obtain clothing information.

Abstract: A sound processing component applied to a string instrument for providing multiple playing forms and a MIDI function. An acquisition module acquires vibration information of multiple strings and outputs analog signals, and a first amplification and filter module amplifies the analog signals and filters the analog signals. A first conversion module converts the analog signals into digital signals, and a processing module identifies playing information of the digital signals, converts the digital signals to MIDI data based on the playing information, converts the MIDI data to audio data, and add audio effects for the audio data. A second conversion module converts the audio data with the audio effects into analog audio signals, and a second amplification and filter module amplifies the analog audio signals, filters the analog audio signals, and transmit the filtered analog audio signals to a loudspeaker. The string instrument is also provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes a recording device including a pickup unit, a microphone, and a pickup assembly. The pickup assembly includes a filter circuit unit, a codec, and an audio processing circuit unit. The pickup assembly is used to mix sounds of the musical instrument picked up by the pickup unit and human voices picked up by the microphone. The present disclosure also provides a musical instrument recording method, including the following: picking up the sounds of the musical instrument; picking up the human voices; and processing the sound recorded, in order to solve the problem of cumbersome connection and poor results during recording and live broadcasting of musical instruments.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a sawing direction positioning system for a woodworking bandsaw. The system includes a light-emitting unit for emiting a planar light beam, the light-emitting unit being has a power supply via a lead and positioned above the woodworking bandsaw so that the planar light beam emitted from the light-emitting unit coincides exactly with the plane of the saw blade mounted on the woodworking bandsaw. During sawing, the projection line of the planar light beam always projects on the wood to be sawed and is not obstructed by sawdust. The operator has a good visual field and pushes the wood to be sawed along a right straight line drawn on the wood making sure that the sawing direction is correct or keeps in line with the drawn straight line thereby preventing the kerf from offsetting and reducing thus reducing rejected products.
