Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a gate structure, a drift region, a source region, a drain region, and a doped region. The gate structure is over a semiconductor substrate. The drift region is in the semiconductor substrate and laterally extends past a first side of the gate structure. The source region is in the semiconductor substrate and adjacent a second side of the gate structure opposite the first side. The drain region is in the drift region. The doped region is in the drift region and between the drain region and the gate structure. From a top view the doped region has a strip pattern extending in parallel with a strip pattern of the gate structure.

Abstract: A method of making an integrated circuit includes operations related to forming an oxide layer over a top surface of a substrate; depositing a layer of semiconductor material over the oxide layer; and manufacturing a thermal substrate contact extending through the layer of semiconductor material and the oxide layer to the top surface of the substrate. The thermal substrate contact is against, but does not extend through, the substrate. Manufacturing a thermal substrate contact further includes operations of etching a first opening through the layer of semiconductor material to expose the oxide layer; etching a second opening through the first opening to expose the substrate; and filling the first opening and the second opening with a conductive material.

Abstract: A laser level containing a housing, an electronic tilt sensor located in the housing; a controller to which the electronic tilt sensor is connected, and a laser module. The controller is communicable with a first display device and a second display device. The laser line is adapted to project a straight ground laser line on a flat surface. The electronic tilt sensor is adapted to detect a tilt of the laser level and provide a measurement signal to the controller. The controller is adapted to provide a display signal to the first and second display devices to display information about the tilt. By using an electronic tilt sensor, the laser level can provide accurate indicate of the tilt of the device and also allows such tilt information to be processed further.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles- and provides a method and an apparatus for controlling a new energy vehicle. The control method comprises: detecting whether a single pedal control mode is activated; and controlling the new energy vehicle to enter a creep mode according to at least one of a gear position of the new energy vehicle, an action of a brake pedal of the new energy vehicle, and a speed of the new energy vehicle, when it is detected that the single pedal control mode is activated. The present application is able to control the switch of the creep mode according to the driving intention.

The method includes: generating a transaction settlement instruction after the resource request node requests a target resource from the resource providing node on the transaction node, transmitting the transaction settlement instruction to the payment node, determining, by the payment node, that the transaction contract is an actual transaction in case of finding the transaction contract corresponding to the transaction settlement instruction from the blockchain database according to the transaction settlement instruction, and a signature of the resource request node for this resource transaction exists in the transaction contract, and transmitting, by the payment node, a transaction payment request to the resource request node.

Abstract: Disclosed are an end-to-end system for speech recognition and speech translation and an electronic device. The system comprises an acoustic encoder and a multi-task decoder and a semantic invariance constraint module, and completes two tasks for speech recognition and speech translation. In addition, according to the characteristic of the semantic consistency of texts between different tasks, semantic constraints are imposed on the model to learn high-level semantic information, and the semantic information can effectively improve the performance of speech recognition and speech translation. The application has the following advantages that the error accumulation problem of serial system is avoided, and the calculation cost of the model is low and the real-time performance is very high.
