Abstract: The present invention provides an inhalation spray of Semaglutide with good patient compliance and high bioavailability at the targeted site, which belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparation. The inhalation spray of Semaglutide according to the invention comprising, by weight to volume, 0.01% to 20% of Semaglutide in the inhalation spray, wherein the proportion of fine particles with a particle size less than 5 ?m formed after the inhalation spray is atomized by a spray device is not less than 10%. The inhalation spray of Semaglutide according to the invention has a simple formulation, low toxic and side effects, atomization administration of the medicinal liquid through an inhalation device, uniform distribution of spray droplets, a high lung deposition rate, low irritation and convenient administration, which is suitable for industrial production. The invention further provides a preparation method of the inhalation spray of Semaglutide.

Abstract: A dynamic power control method and system for resisting multi-user parameter biased aggregation in federated learning are provided; the method includes: (1) establishing a federated learning system model for resisting parameter biased aggregation; (2) constructing a 5 corresponding objective function based on a training purpose of the federated learning system model; (3) introducing, according to the established federated learning system model, a power control factor for resisting user biased gradient aggregation, and determining a corresponding over-the-air computation communication model; (4) processing a signal by a receiver using an incoherent energy detection method without cooperation between the receiver and a transmitter; and (5) determining a federated learning security mechanism method based on resistance against parameter biased aggregation, and completing an updating training process of the federated learning system model.

Abstract: A terminal roaming method, an apparatus, and a wireless local area network are disclosed, and belong to the field of WLAN technologies. A session parameter used when a terminal performs data exchange with an original associated AP is migrated to a roaming target AP. After the terminal is associated with the roaming target AP, the roaming target AP can continue data exchange with the terminal based on the migrated session parameter, and the terminal can also continue data exchange with the roaming target AP based on the session parameter used when the terminal performs data exchange with the original associated AP. The terminal and the roaming target AP do not need to perform session negotiation again, to shorten a data service recovery time required after a roaming handover of the terminal, and reduce a service transmission delay. This improves smoothness of roaming handover of the terminal.
