    Abstract: In certain aspects, a memory device includes an array of memory cells, word lines respectively coupled to rows of the memory cells, and a peripheral circuit coupled to the array of memory cells through the word lines. The peripheral circuit is configured to apply a read voltage to a select word line of the word lines, and discharge the select word line from a voltage greater than the read voltage to a first recovery voltage that is greater than a supply voltage. The discharging of the select word line stops when a voltage of the select word line reaches the first recovery voltage.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a welding system configured to perform additive manufacturing, particularly a welding system to achieve a stable a laser metal deposition with hot wire process by controlling the contact point between the welding wire and the workpiece. For example, the resistance of the stick-out wire is measured and the measured resistance is converted to a distance signal, which can then be used for comparison to a desired distance. The distance between the contact tip and the workpiece can then be adjusted based on the comparison. The present disclosure also relates to using a constant enthalpy system to determine and control the contact tip to workpiece distance.

Control data corresponding to the secure VM include a TLB control field set to a target value that indicates that all TLBs of the VM are flushed when exiting from the secure VM. In response to the IPI, the one or more CPU cores exit from a secure mode, and flushes all TLBs of the VM based on the target value.
