  • Publication number: 20260244199
Abstract: A system configured to obtain, by a processor, a set of manufacturing data associated with a particle event that occurred during a manufacturing process performed by a substrate processing system. A respective subset of data from the set of manufacturing data is provided as input to each machine learning model of a plurality of machine learning models. A respective output is obtained from each of the machine learning models. Each output is indicative of diagnostic data associated with the particle event. A diagnostic report is generated based on the output data.

  • Publication number: 20260231723
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to methods of detecting errors during a substrate processing operation, and related apparatuses and components. In one or more embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable medium stores instructions that when executed by one or more processors of a system, cause the system to determine a presence of one or more errors of one or more components disposed within an internal volume of a processing chamber based on a video signal. The one or more errors include a displaced substrate, a dripping nozzle mechanism, a fluid present on a rotor cover, or a fluid present on a substrate.

  • Publication number: 20260170653
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a multi-stage vision technique for analyzing images of objects. The techniques include accessing an image of a plurality of objects and pre-processing the image to detect a region of interest in the image, the region of interest corresponding to a section of the image that includes the plurality of objects. Once the image is pre-processed, a machine learning model is applied to determine a first estimate of a count of the plurality of objects. From there, a density estimation algorithm is applied to the image to determine an object density of the region of interest. Next, the first estimate of the count of the plurality of objects is adjusted based on the object density of the region of interest to obtain a final count of the plurality of objects. The techniques further include outputting the final count on a display.

  • Patent number: 12072089
Abstract: Power generation devices and methods for use with toilets is disclosed. A number of power generation devices are provided that can be used in combination to power various features in a toilet which will be particularly useful for portable toilets that are off the grid. The power generation devices and methods include, for example, using a cell battery inside a toilet water source, a wind turbine, solar panels, and piezoelectricity. The features include, for example, lighting up the toilet with light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to make it easier for users to find the toilet, an audio/video setup for entertainment, and a toilet status light indicator to let the next user know when the toilet paper is out.

  • Publication number: 20220327886
Abstract: A method and apparatus to automatically calibrate one or more attributes of a gaming system. For instance, the gaming system determines, in response to analysis by a processor of image data via a machine-learning model, an orientation of an affixed (e.g., printed) fiducial marker positioned in a known location on a planar playing surface of a gaming table. The system also transforms, in response to determining the orientation, first geometric data associated with an object on the planar playing surface to isomorphically equivalent second geometric data. The system also digitally illustrates, via an augmented reality overlay of the image data using the isomorphically equivalent second geometric data, a graphical representation of the object positioned relative to the fiducial marker on the planar playing surface.

Abstract: Power generation devices and methods for use with toilets is disclosed. A number of power generation devices are provided that can be used in combination to power various features in a toilet which will be particularly useful for portable potties that are off the grid. The power generation devices and methods include, for example, using a cell battery inside the toilet bowl or flush tank, a wind turbine, solar panels, and piezoelectricity. The features include, for example, lighting up the toilet with light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to make it easier for users to find the toilet, an audio/video setup for entertainment, and a toilet status light indicator to let the next user know when the toilet paper is out.
