    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for interconnecting a vehicle and a machine, and relates to the field of communication technology, and specifically to the field of vehicle networking technology. A specific implementation comprises: acquiring device information used for a wireless direct connection first; then sending the device information to a vehicle-mounted terminal based on a short-range wireless communication protocol; and finally, receiving a connection request based on the device information, and establishing a wireless direct connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal sending the connection request. A vehicle-machine interconnection is implemented through the data transmission based on the short-range wireless communication protocol, without the need to continuously scan surrounding devices like a Bluetooth module, thereby saving the device energy consumption and improving the pertinence of the vehicle-machine interconnection.

The method includes the following steps: a first calculation step, calculating to obtain a temperature deformation displacement of each point of the pipeline; a second calculation step, calculating to obtain a modal result of the pipeline and a dynamic response displacement of each point of the pipeline; a comprehensive analysis step, comprehensively analyzing the temperature deformation displacement and displacements of the vibration modes of respective orders of the pipeline to find a position at which a rigid constraint is required to be added, and applying the rigid constraint along a direction in which the temperature deformation displacement is not affected substantially; and a determination step, calculating a stress of the pipeline and a reaction force of the rigid constraint to determine whether the stress and the reaction force meet design requirements.

    Abstract: A method for determining a case depth of a hardened layer in a surface of a metal object includes: (a) placing an eddy current probe at a location adjacent the surface; (b) using the eddy current probe, generating a time-varying eddy current in the object; (c) using the eddy current probe, outputting a measured eddy current and providing a signal representative of the measured eddy current to a computer; (d) using the computer, comparing the time-varying measured eddy current to a correlation of measured eddy currents to known case depths; and (e) determining the case depth at the location of the probe based on the correlation.
