  • Patent number: 8033387
Abstract: A conveyor belt or treadmill belt comprises a cloth layer woven by at least one warp and woof and having an outer surface and an inner surface in response to each other, a clearance passing through the inner and the outer surfaces and being formed between the warp and the woof of the cloth layer; a pattern layer in response to the outer surface of the cloth layer including patterns formed thereon; a laminating layer melted to couple between the outer surface of the cloth layer and the pattern layer, such that the laminating layer merges into the clearance between the warp and the woof so that the laminating layer is integrally formed a rough connecting surface, the connecting surface engaging with the clearance of the cloth layer, hence another surface of the laminating layer is in connection with the pattern layer.

  • Publication number: 20110198012
Abstract: A method for making dissolvable synthetic leather comprising the steps of a. providing combined material, wherein thermoplastic polymeric material and medium are mixed together to generate a combined material, the thermoplastic polymeric material and the medium are dissolvable; b. film forming, wherein a thermoplastic film is made of the combined material, and a metal guiding wheel with a cooling system is introduced to rotate for a certain rotating travel to convey the thermoplastic film toward a connecting position with a metal roller; c. joining together, wherein a dissolvable substrate is transported by the roller to be joined with the thermoplastic film with a predetermined temperature to obtain synthetic leather, during joining process, a cooled film is pressed to the substrate so that a surface of the film permeates into pores of the substrate in a monounsaturating manner.

  • Publication number: 20100304936
Abstract: A conveyor belt or treadmill belt comprises a cloth layer woven by at least one warp and woof and having an outer surface and an inner surface in response to each other, a clearance passing through the inner and the outer surfaces and being formed between the warp and the woof; a laminating layer serving as being stepped, the laminating layer being molded to a laminated film and melted to couple with an outer surface of the cloth layer, such that the laminating layer merges into the clearance between the warp and the woof of the cloth layer so that the laminating layer is integrally formed a rough connecting surface; a gel layer coated on an inner surface of the cloth layer so as to link with the connecting surface of the laminating layer, thus engaging the cloth layer between the gel layer and the laminating layer.
