  • Patent number: 4785723
Abstract: A tea brewing apparatus comprising an upper container for simmering tea therein and a lower container for storing the tea brewed in the upper container. The bottom face of the upper container is provided with a tea dripping hole for allowing tea which was brewed in the upper container to flow into the lower container. A ball-activated sieve with an arched stem is disposed in the upper container and above the dripping holes so as to prevent tea leaves from dropping into the lower container. A steel ball disposed inside the sieve is attached to a distal end of a steel wire encompassed by the stem so that the steel ball seals the dripping hole when it is positioned on the dripping hole. A suspending element is attached to the other distal end of the steel wire outside the upper container so as to remotely control the movements of the sealing ball.

The bottom face of the upper container is provided with a tea dripping hole for allowing tea which was brewed in the upper container to flow into the lower container. A screen is disposed in the upper container and above the dripping hole so as to prevent tea leaves from dropping into the lower container. A sealing ball disposed inside the screen is attached to one end of a steel wire so that the sealing ball seals the dripping hole when it is positioned on the dripping hole. A first securement ball is attached to the other end of the steel wire outside the upper container so as to remotely control the movements of the sealing ball. A second securement ball is further attached to the steel wire at an appropriate distance from the first securement ball.

  • Patent number: 4669561
Abstract: A main transmission gear secured to the end of the main transmission shaft which transmits power to another shaft by engaging a bevel gear secured to that shaft. The power is subsequently transmitted to the driving wheel by means of a chain to two sprockets, one coaxial with the bevel gear, the other fixed to a central shaft to which the driving wheel has been secured. The driving wheel has a thick layer of rubber attached on its steel rim. This outer circumference of rubber will result in better friction between the driving wheel and the ground. Two steel front wheels, set on opposite sides of the driving wheel, each being set inside a wheel support which connects with the support leg of the cart. An adjustment screw which enables the relative elevation difference between the front wheel and the driving wheel to be adjusted so as to increase the driving force of the driving wheel. This transmission mechanism hence can efficiently transmit power from the motor to the driving wheel.
