Abstract: A left atrial appendage occluder which includes a closure disc, a mesh anchoring apparatus, and a thin-film body, connected to one another. The anchoring apparatus extends from the closure disc toward the distal end to form a conical part having a distal-end opening, and the conical part extends toward the proximal end and rolls up to form an anchoring part. The thin-film body is fixed on the outside surface of at least one part of the anchoring part, and part or all of it covers the distal-end opening. The left atrial appendage occluder is provided with the thin-film body on the anchoring apparatus, which constrains the deformation of different parts, and accordingly improves the radial supporting force of the occluder so as to prevent it from falling out after implantation.
