    Abstract: A method for controlling drainage of a dehumidifier includes the following steps. When a compressor of a dehumidifier is powered on, it is detected whether the compressor operates or not. When it is detected that the compressor stops operating, a power device of the dehumidifier is controlled to start draining water off after a first preset period. Operation period of the power device is detected. It is judged whether the operation period reaches a second preset period or not. When it is determined that the operation period reaches the second preset period, the power device is controlled to stop operating. A dehumidifier and a drainage control device thereof are also disclosed.
