    Abstract: Provided are a water-based adhesive and a preparation method thereof, and its use in an anode of a lithium battery. The method for preparing a water-based adhesive includes mixing a surfactant, acrylic acid, acrylonitrile, acrylamide and water to obtain a mixture system; heating the mixture system to a polymerization temperature to obtain a heated mixture system; adding an initiator into the heated mixture system and subjecting a resulting system to polymerization to obtain a linear polymer; adding a cross-linking agent into the linear polymer and subjecting a resulting mixture to cross-linking reaction to obtain a cross-linking system; cooling the cross-linking system after the cross-linking reaction is completed to obtain a cooled cross-linking system; and adjusting a pH of the cooled cross-linking system to 6-7 to obtain the water-based adhesive.

A central hole is provided in the center of any horizontal separation panel, and at least one auxiliary hole distributed around the central axis of the central hole is provided in any horizontal separation panel so as to cooperate with the central hole to cause a vortex state to be formed in a reaction region.

Said preparation process comprises adding glyphosate and a suitable amount of solvent into a conventional reactor and introducing a dimethylamine gas for reaction, wherein the reaction temperature is controlled between 5 and 90° C. After the completion of the reaction, the temperature is reduced slowly to a certain value, a crystalline dimethylamine salt of glyphosate is precipitated (or precipitated after a crystal seed is added).

    Abstract: A method of preparing ammonium glyphosate suitable for preparation of water-soluble solid ammonium glyphosate formulation by an extraction with organic solvent in a gas-liquid-solid phase system, which comprises adding glyphosate and water into a reactor with a stirer, introducing ammonia to carry out the reaction, an aqueous solution of ammonium glyphosate is formed after the reaction is completed; adding a water-soluble organic solvent such as methanol and/or ethanol and/or methylal to decrease the solubility of the ammonium glyphosate in the system, thereby crystallizing out ammonium glyphosate; and filtering in suction or further oven-drying to obtain the solid ammonium glyphosate. The organic solvent may be recovered and reused by rectifying or distilling, the remainder residue may be returned to the reaction procedure or used in the preparation of the aqueous formulation of ammonium glyphosate.
