  • Patent number: 9738023
Abstract: An adaptive control device and adaptive control method, and a control device of an injection molding machine, which allow optimal adaptive control to be performed automatically and easily, while preventing a degradation of responsiveness. The adaptive control device is configured to perform feedback control in such a manner that an operation value is output based on a command value and a feedback value which is a sum of a controlled value output from a controlled target and a compensation value output from a parallel feed-forward compensator; wherein the parallel feed-forward compensator includes: an identification section which sequentially estimates a frequency response characteristic of the controlled target and an adjustment section which adjusts the compensation value based on the estimated frequency response characteristic.

  • Patent number: 9217446
Abstract: A hydraulic controller includes: an accumulator connected to a main oil passage; a pressure storage use oil passage which branches off from the main oil passage and leads to the accumulator; an inlet port; a priority port; and a bypass port. The hydraulic controller includes a priority valve configured such that, at the time of storing pressure in the accumulator, of pressure oil that flows into the inlet port, the pressure oil at a flow rate for storing of pressure in the accumulator, which is a preset flow rate, flows out of the priority port, and the pressure oil at a surplus flow rate, which is a flow rate obtained by subtracting the flow rate for storing of pressure from the flow rate of the pressure oil flowing into the input port, flows out of the bypass port.

  • Patent number: 9017039
Abstract: The rotational frequency of a variable speed motor is set to a normal rotational frequency setting value (N1). A pressure variation range (?P) is detected based on a pressure detection value P, of a variable displacement pump, detected by a pressure detector. It is determined whether a determination that the detected pressure variation range (?P) is less than or equal to a pressure maintained state detection level (L1) has been continuously given for a period indicated by a timer setting value (T1). If the determination that the detected pressure variation range (?P) is less than or equal to the pressure maintained state detection level (L1) has been continuously given for the predetermined period, then it is detected that the current state is a pressure maintained state, and the rotational frequency of the variable speed motor is switched from the normal rotational frequency setting value N1 to a pressure maintaining rotational frequency setting value (N2(<N1)).
