Abstract: Provided is a composite settlement system, including: a card; a terminal; and a management server, the card being capable of connecting to the management server via the card terminal, for storing management information on a card holder; the card terminal being capable of connecting to the card and the management server, the management server being capable of connecting to the card terminal and a computer of a financial institution, in which each of at least two business entities is allowed to execute a transaction and settlement with the financial institution based on an instruction issued from the card terminal connected to the card, whereby it is possible to improve convenience of a user by eliminating the need for carrying a plurality of cards different between business entities.
