Abstract: A method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin shaped product, by clamping and press-molding a molding material containing reinforcing fibers and a thermoplastic resin as a matrix in molds having an upper mold and a lower mold. The method includes: disposing the molding material heated in a plastic state, between the upper mold and the lower mold; initiating the clamping to apply a force in a substantially clamping direction to a certain site of the molding material; starting deformation of the molding material in the substantially clamping direction; applying a force in the substantially clamping direction to a fixing site which is at least a part of a substantially outer peripheral end portion of the molding material but is different from the certain site; pressing and fixing the fixing site, and completing the clamping to obtain a fiber-reinforced resin shaped product having an edge portion.
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for inspecting a material to be inspected using ultrasound waves, the method including the following step 201 to step 301, in which step 201 is performed in a condition where: the surface temperature of a material under inspection—atmospheric temperature >2° C., and inspection using ultrasound waves in step 301 satisfies: a refractive attenuation rate ?1.5%. Step 201: blowing a fluid from a blowing port onto the material to be inspected. Step 301: inspecting the material to be inspected using the ultrasound waves after step 201 or at the same time as the step 201.

Abstract: An abnormality determination device for a secondary battery includes an internal-resistance calculation unit, a threshold memory unit, a capacity balance comparison unit, and an abnormality determination unit. The internal-resistance calculation unit detects an internal resistance in a negative-electrode reaction resistance dominant region in which a reaction resistance of a negative electrode is dominant in a charge and discharge reaction of the secondary battery. The threshold memory unit stores a capacity balance threshold used as a reference for determining abnormality in a balance between a capacity of a positive electrode and a capacity of the negative electrode in the secondary battery. The capacity balance comparison unit compares the internal resistance calculated by the internal-resistance calculation unit with the capacity balance threshold stored in the threshold memory unit.

Abstract: The width of the p type guard ring is set to match the interval between the adjacent p type guard rings, and the width of the p type guard ring is made larger as the interval between the p type guard rings becomes larger. The width of the frame portion is basically equal to the width of the p type deep layer so that the interval between the frame portions is equal to the interval between the p type deep layers. This makes it possible to reduce the difference in formation areas of the trenches per unit area in the cell portion, the connection portion and the guard ring portion. Therefore, when the p type layer is formed, the difference in the amount of the p type layer embedding into the trenches per unit area also decreases and the thickness of the p type layer is equalized.
