Abstract: In order to sufficiently and properly thaw frozen food such as frozen sushi, a thawing-heating tray made of dielectric material is provided with thick portions disposed in the central region and the peripheral region thereof, respectively. Fixed to this tray is a reflector. The frozen food is placed on the tray and is then thawed by an electronic oven.
