  • Publication number: 20210080718
Abstract: A head-up display device is provided with which it is possible to suppress distortion of a mirror surface. The head-up display device comprises a mirror unit that reflects display light from a display unit onto a front glass, which is one example of a projection mirror. The mirror unit comprises a concave mirror, a concave mirror holder, a mirror drive unit, a torsion spring, and positioning recessed sections, and the adhesive surface sections that are one example of a contact section that contacts the recessed mirror provided in the recessed mirror holder. The positioning recessed sections and the adhesive surface sections are provided in regions excepting a displacement occurrence region in which there is a possibility of displacement of the recessed mirror holder due to a biasing part of the torsion spring biasing the recessed mirror holder.

  • Patent number: 10788738
Abstract: A head-up display device is provided with: a combined light output unit which outputs combined light obtained by combining light emitted by a plurality of light sources which emit light having different wavelengths; and a heat dissipator which dissipates heat emitted by the light sources. The head-up display device displays a virtual image by means of the combined light. The plurality of light sources include a first light source which operates in a first operation guaranteed temperature band, and second light sources which operate in a second operation guaranteed temperature band having an upper limit higher than that of the first operation guaranteed temperature band. The first light source is provided in a location on the heat dissipator having a higher heat dissipation characteristic than the locations of the second light sources.

  • Publication number: 20190278053
Abstract: The present invention enables provision of a mirror unit in which a mirror is strongly adhered to a holder. A mirror unit according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a mirror that comprises a mirror surface for reflecting light; and a holder that holds the mirror in a state of being adhered to the mirror, wherein adhesion surfaces of the holder to be adhered to the mirror 1 have uneven grooves. Since this configuration increases the surface area of the adhesion surfaces, the holder can be firmly adhered to the mirror, and thereby the risk of the mirror failing off the holder is decreased.

  • Patent number: 9261795
Abstract: A shape defect in a transfer pattern formed over the major surface of a substrate is prevented by using an immersion exposure method. When exposure light is radiated onto a resist, immersion water is held in a first immersion area between each of the lower surfaces of an optical element of a projection optical system and a nozzle portion, and a resist; and when a focus, optical system alignment, or the like, is regulated, the immersion water is held in a second immersion area between each of the lower surfaces of the optical element of the projection optical system and the nozzle portion, and the upper surface of a measurement stage. A transverse spread of the immersion water held in the first immersion area is made smaller than that of the immersion water held in the second immersion area.

  • Patent number: 5905477
Abstract: A second supporting section installed detachably on a supporting surface is connected to a first supporting section installed detachably on a head-up display, such that the supporting sections can move relative to each other. Receiving sections provided on the under side of the head-up display comprises receiving surface. The receiving surface faces the under side of the head-up display via a gap. The first supporting section comprises a inserting section. The inserting section is forced removably along the under side of the head-up display into the gap between the receiving surface and the under side of the head-up display. By means of the force fit of the inserting section into the gap, the under side of the head-up display engages with the upper surface of the first supporting section.
