  • Publication number: 20220195577
Abstract: A method of fusing an alloy-based material with a coating layer using a thermal spray process. The method includes determining a predetermined energization frequency of a high-frequency power supply unit based on a diffused area thickness (T1) and a non-diffused area thickness (T2) of the alloy-based material, inductively heating the alloy-based material and the coating layer to reach a predetermined temperature at the predetermined energization frequency of the high-frequency power supply unit, selectively heating the alloy-based material at the predetermined energization frequency within a penetration depth range of a total thickness (D2) of the alloy-based material to suppress an austenite transformation of at least a portion of the alloy-based material, and fusing the selectively heated alloy-based material with the coating layer by suppressing the austenite transformation of at least the portion of the alloy-based material.

  • Patent number: 8214053
Abstract: To realize a body surrounding solenoid-type body heating device with small coil impedance which can generate a magnetic flux of predetermined density to one part of the living body near the affected area in the solenoid coil, a body heating device 10 includes a cylindrical solenoid coil 17 in which the body can be inserted easily, a high-frequency power supply 11 to drive the solenoid coil, and a body holder 15 which can be inserted easily in the solenoid coil 17. In the body heating device 10, an across-body direction cross section of the solenoid coil 17 has an arched-shape over a half of the solenoid coil 17 in the peripheral direction and a straight-lined shape in the rest, and a secondary solenoid coil 21 with shorter length and coiled more densely than the solenoid coil 17 is inserted in the solenoid coil 17. A magnetic core 40 which can be inserted easily in the solenoid coil 17 is installed on the body holder 15.

  • Publication number: 20100109305
Abstract: An airbag and an airbag apparatus that allows the smooth inflation and deployment of an airbag while preventing the airbag cover from removing off. The airbag apparatus includes an airbag that is normally in a folded state and inflates and deploys in the event of an emergency, an inflator that supplies gas to the airbag, a retainer for housing the airbag, and an airbag cover that locks the retainer thereto and constitutes a vehicle interior. The airbag is formed by applying a sealing compound to between base cloths, facing each other and sewing the sealing compound applied portions with sewing threads for joining the base cloths. The sealing compound has fracture elongation of more than 2000% and cohesive failure rate of 100%.
