  • Publication number: 20220285622
Abstract: A back plate configured to press a mask assembly. The mask assembly includes a glass substrate and a mask that are stacked on the glass substrate. The back plate covers a surface of the glass substrate to press the glass substrate, thereby attaching the glass substrate to the mask. The back plate includes a bottom plate and multiple protrusions, the multiple protrusions include multiple bottom plate protrusions disposed on a side of the bottom plate facing the glass substrate. The multiple bottom plate protrusions are arranged in an array. Orthographic projections of the bottom plate protrusions on a plane of the mask fall within the mask. A distance between the projections of the bottom plate protrusions disposed adjacent to an edge of the mask and the edge of the mask is greater than or equal to a preset distance.

  • Patent number: 8830017
Abstract: A mini high-power magnetic latching relay comprising a base seat, an insulation sleeve, a push rod, a magnetic circuit, and a contact part. The magnetic circuit comprises a magnetic enclosure, an iron core, a yoke, and a winding; the winding comprising a coil former and a coil wrapped on the coil former. One end of the yoke is a U-shaped end; the iron core penetrates through the coil for forming a fixed connection with the other end of the yoke; and one end of the iron core is located at the center of the U-shaped end to form an E-shaped gap. The magnetic enclosure is formed by magnetic steel and armature vertically located on both ends of the magnetic steel.

  • Publication number: 20140002216
Abstract: A mini high-power magnetic latching relay containing a magnetic circuit is compact in structure, which can minimize the overall volume of the relay to facilitate application to the printed circuit board requiring high power and small volume of relay, and expansion of the application scope of magnetic latching relay is provided by this invention. The magnetic circuit comprises a magnetic enclosure, an iron core, a winding; the winding comprises a coil former and a coil wrapped on the coil former. The magnetic enclosure is formed by a magnetic steel and armature vertically located on both ends of the magnetic steel. This structure provides a balanced magnetic circuit that can ensure contact pressure in the magnetic latching relay, stable bouncing time, and improved service life.
