  • Patent number: 9863677
Abstract: A sublimation defrost system for a refrigeration apparatus including: a cooling device in a freezer, and includes a casing containing a heat exchanger pipe; a refrigerating device for cooling and liquefying a CO2 refrigerant; and a refrigerant circuit connected to the heat exchanger pipe permitting the cooled and liquefied CO2 refrigerant to circulate. The defrost system includes: a dehumidifier device; a CO2 circulation path in the heat exchanger pipe, an on-off valve in the heat exchanger; a circulating unit for the CO2 refrigerant; a first heat exchanger part exchanging heat between a brine as a first heating medium and the circulating CO2 refrigerant; and a pressure adjusting unit for the circulating CO2 refrigerant during defrosting so that a condensing temperature of the CO2 refrigerant becomes equal to or lower than a freezing point of a water vapor in the freezer inner air without a drain receiving unit.

  • Patent number: 7347301
Abstract: An oil refrigeration screw compressor being applied to a refrigeration system etc., in which the problem of strength reduction of a bearing material under high temperatures and that of lifetime reduction of the bearing material due to viscosity lowering of lubricant are solved. A lubricant supply system to a compressor body is divided into a bearing oil supply system for supplying lubricant to each bearing of the compressor body at low pressure and into a temperature control oil supply system for supplying lubricant into the compressor body at high pressure. The bearing oil supply system is a closed circuit oil supply system comprising an oil supply tank, an oil cooler, and an oil supply pump, and the temperature control oil supply system is a closed circuit oil supply system comprising an oil separator and an oil cooler.

  • Publication number: 20060005550
Abstract: There are provided an device for controlling temperature by Peltier element and a method for controlling temperature by the same, wherein the structure of the device can be simplified, the cost making the device can be reduced and an accuracy of the temperature control of a contact plane based on the detected temperature value with a temperature sensor can be improved by capacitating insulation for a Peltier element and related elements without providing a vacuum case and related elements for encapsulating a Peltier element and related elements.

  • Patent number: 6328631
Abstract: Ice grains of uniform grain size are produced through the change of state of supercooled water and the ice grains are mixed into cold water for obtaining an ice slurry of proper concentration. The ice slurry is injected from an injection means to the surface of a workpiece. As the ice grains are fine and uniform and they are injected with water in the state of ice slurry of stable concentration, a surface processing of a soft workpiece susceptible to damage can be performed without causing damage, and the cleaning of the processed surface is performed concurrently with the surface processing, eliminating the necessity of after cleaning. The apparatus is compact and the initial cost is low. The energy needed for preparing the ice slurry is small.
