  • Patent number: 5819800
Abstract: A hydraulic pilot valve includes a valve body, first, second, third and fourth pressure reduction valves formed in the valve body and respectively having, outlet ports, inlet ports and spools for establishing and blocking communication between the ports, and an operation lever pivotally mounted on the valve body and being movable between a neutral position, a first position and a second position. When the operation lever is in the neutral position, the respective spools of the second and third pressure reduction valves are placed at positions establishing communication between the respective inlet port and outlet port. When the operation lever is in the first position, the respective spools of the first and third pressure reduction valves are placed at positions establishing communication between the respective inlet port and outlet port, and in conjunction therewith, the respective spools of the second and fourth pressure reduction valves block communication between the respective inlet port and outlet port.

  • Patent number: 5813310
Abstract: A working machine fall preventive valve apparatus is constructed with a cylinder side passage, a valve body, a check valve, a flow rate control valve, and a safety valve. The cylinder side passage is adapted to communicate with a cylinder port which is open to a cylinder side mounting surface. The valve body has a directional control valve side passage which is adapted to communicate with a directional control valve port. The check valve is provided in the valve body and prevents a pressure fluid from flowing into the directional control valve side passage from the cylinder side passage. The flow rate control valve provided in the valve body normally blocks communication between the directional control valve side passage and the cylinder side passage is responsive to an external signal for establishing the above mentioned communication. The safety valve is provided in the valve body and relieves a high pressure in the cylinder side passage.

  • Patent number: 5295513
Abstract: A highly reliable pilot valve apparatus controls the direction of the operation of an actuator by pivoting a lever (15) back and forth and to the right and left. A valve body (1) has a directional control spool (27) which shifts between a first position wherein it ensures that a pair of outlet ports (3.sub.3, 3.sub.4) communicate with a pair of main outlet ports (38, 39) in a forward direction and a second position wherein it ensures that the pair of outlet ports communicate with the pair of main outlet ports in a rearward direction. The directional control spool (27) is changed over between the first and second positions by an oil from another pair of outlet ports (3.sub.1, 3.sub.2). Alternatively, the valve body (1) can contain a pressure detecting directional control valve (61) such that in a first position a pressure sensing port (60) is connected to the inlet port (52) and in a second position the pressure sensing port (60) is disconnected from the inlet port ( 52).

  • Patent number: 5209263
Abstract: A reliable pilot valve assembly having a control lever is produced at low cost while installed without requiring any additional switch and wiring and piping work. The assembly has a main valve body (1). A spool (27) is slidably mounted in the body (1) so as to be movable between a first and a second position. The spool (27) permits the pressure oil to circulate in a forward direction through a pair of the outlet ports and a pair of main outlet ports of the assembly when the spool (1) stays in the first position, and permits the pressure oil to circulate in a reverse direction (opposite to the forward one) through the pair of the outlet ports and the pair of the main outlet ports when the spool (1) stays in the second position, the main outlet ports being connected with a hydraulic circuit.

  • Patent number: 5105268
Abstract: A community antenna broadcasting system comprises a transmitting center for broadcasting programs in physical channels, a transmission path, and one or a plurality of home terminals for receiving the programs broadcast from the transmitting center via the transmission path. The transmitting center transmits a main information which includes video and audio information for each of physical channels, and also transmits a control information which includes numbers of logical channels which are contents of the physical channels. The home terminal enters a supervision information which includes a number of a desired logical channel which corresponds to a desired program, and produces a channel selection instruction by collating the control information and the supervision information. A channel selection part is provided within the home terminal. The channel selection part receives the information via the transmission path and selects a physical channel in response to the channel selection instruction.
