  • Publication number: 20230246439
Abstract: A guidance device for selecting a safety factory according to the present invention is a guidance device that selects a safety factory, which is an operating factory at the time of a power failure, and presents a safety operation plan for a plurality of factories in a power system. The guidance device includes a presentation unit that calculates a combination of an operating factory and a non-operating factory within a predetermined period from a planned value of power demand-supply of a factory so that a power consumption amount of the factory satisfies a predetermined condition and that presents information on the calculated combination.

  • Publication number: 20230083264
Abstract: A decarburization end point determination method includes: estimating the carbon concentration and oxygen concentration of the molten steel and carbon dioxide gas concentration of exhaust gas in the vacuum chamber by using measurement values of the carbon concentration and the oxygen concentration of the molten steel, a measurement value of internal pressure of the vacuum chamber, and a model formula; correcting a parameter included in the model formula to reduce at least one of a difference between an estimate value and a measurement value of the oxygen concentration and a difference between an estimate value and a measurement value of the carbon dioxide gas concentration of the exhaust gas; estimating the carbon concentration of the molten steel by using the model formula in which the parameter is corrected; and determining timing when an estimate value reaches a target value as the completion time point of the vacuum decarburization treatment.

  • Publication number: 20230060254
Abstract: A gas amount prediction method predicts an amount of gas generated in a factory, and includes a generation amount calculation step of calculating a generation amount of actually usable gas by using a learning model that has learned a relationship between a generation amount of the gas and a use amount of the gas in past operation data.

  • Patent number: 10843247
Abstract: A material-property-value estimating method of estimating a material-property-value of a target steel-strip product manufactured via at least one of a reheating process, a rolling process, and a cooling process, which are performed while a target material is being conveyed along a conveyance route, the material-property-value estimating method includes an estimating step of estimating a material-property-value of each of meshes dividing the target steel-strip product based on a measured value that has been measured once or more by a measuring device installed on the conveyance route, the measured value including at least a temperature of the target material; and a chemical composition per component of the target steel-strip product.
