    Abstract: A preform (15) is hung from an arm (72) into a heating furnace (74). The heating furnace (74) has five heater units (90-94). A gas supply device (77) supplies nitrogen gas to the heating furnace (74). The heating furnace (74) is divided into five sections by orifices (95-100), and the temperature of each divided section is controlled by the heater units (90-94) provided in each section. A seal member (106) attached to the top side of the heating furnace (74) shields the heating furnace (74) from external air, so it is possible to prevent turbulence in the divided sections in the heating furnace (74).

    Abstract: A clad pipe (70) is produced by heating PVDF to 180° C., and then this PVDF being extruded from a melt-extrusion device. The clad pipe (70) has a square cross-section whose sides L1 are 20 mm length, and in a center thereof, there is a square hole. In the square hole, a core (72) mainly includes PMMA is formed. Accordingly, a preform (12) having a clad (71) of PVDF and the core (72) of PMMA is obtained. The preform (12) is heat-soften-drawn at 210° C. A drawing ratio is 1600. Finally, an optical member (14) having a 0.5 mm square cross-section is obtained.

A separation station that separates sheet metals into OK and NG products is positioned on the downstream side in the sheet metal transfer direction of the ribbon adhering station, allowing this separation station to separate sheet metals into OK and NG products based on OK/NG information of the sheet metals inspected by a sheet metal inspection device installed in the sheet metal transfer path hitherto. Thus, a film cartridge plate manufacturing method and apparatus which is small, low-cost, of a simple mechanism and easy to maintain are provided.

The ooze-preventing sheet (3) is stuck with an adhesive or the like onto one surface of the soft foamed sheet (2) in advance, and a synthetic resin for forming the valve body (1) is placed on the stuck surface of the foamed sheet (2). Or, another foamed sheet (2) with its sticking surface being on the lower side is further placed thereon, followed by stamping. Therefore, the foamed sheet (2) is not peeled off, and the air-flow control valve exhibits sufficient buffer function against the rigid valve body (1).
