Patent number: 9658270Abstract: In a reset period of a first stage, a switching circuit is turned on, and high-level driving voltages are output from driving circuits. In a charge transfer period subsequent to the reset period, the switching circuit is turned off, and low-level driving voltages are output from the driving circuits. It is determined whether or not an output voltage of an amplifier circuit in the charge transfer period is included in a normal range. In the inspection of a second stage subsequent to the first stage, in the same manner as in the normal measurement, voltages having opposite phases are output from the driving circuits in the reset period and the charge transfer period, and it is determined whether or not the output voltage of the amplifier circuit in the charge transfer period is included in a normal range.Type: GrantFiled: February 27, 2015Date of Patent: May 23, 2017Assignee: ALPS ELECTRIC CO., LTD.Inventors: Takuya Watanabe, Shuji Yanagi, Shinya Yokoyama, Toshiyuki Oki, Akira Asao

Patent number: 9612220Abstract: A humidity sensing portion is mounted in a gap between a first opposite member and a second opposite member. Metal joints and dummy joints are provided in the gap between the first opposite member and the second opposite member, and the two opposite members are fixed to each other through the metal joints and the dummy joints. Since only the metal joints and the dummy joints are present in the gap between the two opposite members, gas to be measured is easily introduced into the humidity sensing portion, and the sensing response to the humidity change is improved.Type: GrantFiled: March 19, 2015Date of Patent: April 4, 2017Assignee: ALPS ELECTRIC CO., LTD.Inventors: Hisayuki Yazawa, Shuji Yanagi, Atsushi Tondokoro, Hisanobu Okawa

Patent number: 9559030Abstract: An electronic component has a circuit board with a main surface, a chip having a sensor facing the main surface, bump electrodes disposed between the main surface and the chip so as to be placed inside of the edges of the chip in a plan view of the main surface, a dam provided between the main surface and the chip so as to extend at least from the edges of the chip to outer positions of the bump electrodes in a plan view of the main surface, and an under-fill material provided at least in a clearance between the dam and the chip. Between the main surface and the sensor, a space is formed in a region enclosed by the bump electrodes in a plan view of the main surface. The under-fill material is disposed outside of the space in a plan view of the main surface.Type: GrantFiled: March 14, 2016Date of Patent: January 31, 2017Assignee: ALPS ELECTRIC CO., LTD.Inventors: Hideki Gocho, Shuji Yanagi, Masaya Yamatani, Hisayuki Yazawa
