A double coated structure is formed that extends in the pipe's axial direction and has substantially the same cross section. The structure has a thin steel pipe. Attached to the outer surface thereof is a coating layer with adhesive and an alloy resin. That alloy resin is a mixture of a styrenic resin and a crystalline engineering plastic. Further, formed on the outer surface of the alloy resin in a thickness required for mechanical strength and sliding properties is a crystalline engineering plastic. The resin-coated steel pipe exhibits markedly improved adhesion of the crystalline engineering plastic to the thin steel pipe and thus is free from a fear of the exfoliation of the plastic.

    Abstract: A package containers rack frame for storing, transferring and displaying relative light-weight packages. The rack frame is constructed of a pair of side frames and a plurality of support bases which are removable from the side frames. The support bases are engaged into sockets on the side frame without disassembling of the side frames. The side frames have folding elements that are for controlling the distance between the side frames, which are folding and/or unfolding. The frame members of side frames has an adjusting member for adjusting the distance between the side frames, which thereby permits use of different width or height dimension for the containers. The support base has upward curved projections at both ends thereof for restricting in lateral movement of the containers.

    Abstract: A powered roller conveyor especially effective for upgrade conveyance of light loads of 15 kg to 60 kg, wherein the resin coating of rollers 1 is a soft polyurethane rubber having a hardness of 65 to 80 degrees and the outer surface of the resin coating is an undulating surface having ridges 1a which extend axially and parallel and which, seen in a cross-section of the roller, are arranged with a uniform spacing pitch of about 3 mm and have a height of about 2 mm. Manufacturing these rollers requires no new additional equipment nor much labor, which makes it possible to provide low-priced rollers and hence contribute to cost reductions for the roller conveyor. This conveyor is ideal for upgrade conveyance along slopes of large angles.

    Abstract: In order to utilize separately steel pipe and coating resin as recycling resources, resin-coated steel pipe, which is produced by adhering a thermo-plastic coating resin on the surface of steel pipe with an adhesive, is heated by high-frequency induction heating to at least the melting temperature of the coating resin, and the coating resin is scraped off while the inner layer thereof is in a melted condition and the outer layer is in a softened condition. Coating resin and steel pipe can be recovered without the composition thereof being damaged. The scraping of coating resin is complete and efficient and requires only minimal energy since it occurs when the inner layer of the coating resin is in a melted condition and the outer layer is in a softened condition.
