  • Publication number: 20230116873
Abstract: The method to control cleanroom conditions, including zone particle concentration, occupancy status, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system conditions, includes detecting a zone particle concentration, an occupancy status, and HVAC system conditions. The cleanroom includes the HVAC system in communication with the zone of the cleanroom and with a computer processor as a control unit of the cleanroom. The zone particle concentration, the occupancy status, and the HVAC system conditions are communicated to the computer processor, and a desired zone particle concentration is determined based on a range of desired HVAC system conditions with model predictive control. A first control signal to the HVAC system based on the occupancy status, the zone particle concentration, and the desired zone particle concentration is determined. The first control signal is communicated to the HVAC system, and the HVAC system activates according to the first control signal.

  • Publication number: 20190234631
Abstract: The control system for controlling air volume to maintain a desired concentration of airborne contamination in a cleanroom supplied by a HVAC system being operative to supply treated air to the cleanroom includes a sensor for a concentration of non-viable particles and/or viable particles in real time or near real time; and a processor for comparing the sensed concentration of non-viable particles and/or viable particles against the desired concentration of airborne contamination. At least one control signal is outputted to the HVAC system based on the comparison.

  • Patent number: 10073176
Abstract: Systems and methods of pulse-echo imaging using stabilized symmetric pulses are described. The systems and methods are based on the development of a class of symmetric, i.e., two sided, functions that can be designed and utilized as stabilized pulses. Stabilized pulses are pulses having stable inverse filters, and have previously only been established for asymmetric functions. The systems and methods described herein can be used for super-resolution pulse-echo imaging, for example super-resolution ultrasound imaging.

  • Patent number: 8348831
Abstract: A device for Computer Simulated Marking Targeting Biopsy (CSMTB) has at least a space locator, and a main control module, including a surface model sub-module, a positioning sub-module, a tracking sub-module, a virtual endoscope sub-module, and a marking targeting biopsy sub-module. The device accurately detects minimal gastric lesions, and reduces pain to patients and thus decreases the workload of a doctor.
