The proposal condition is stored in association to the product information. The server apparatus further includes a determination unit that determines whether one or more target management objects satisfy the proposal condition based on a first collection information including information pertaining to the one or more target management objects, and an output unit that outputs information indicating the one or more target management objects and the product information stored in association to the proposal condition when the one or more target management objects satisfy the proposal condition.
